The Threat Matrix

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Connect these dots, now
Full Story
"We should have secured the Mexican border."

That could be the pitiful lament we hear from negligent U.S. officials if Al Qaeda pulls off an attack on the United States using weapons of mass destruction smuggled across our southern frontier.

Were that horrendous event to happen, leaders in the administration and Congress would be justly hit with the same question that was perhaps unjustly cast at them and their predecessors after the unprecedented Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks: Why didn't they connect the dots?

IMPORTANT: For years, many of us have wondered how the US
allowed bin Ladin to attack and murder 3000 Americans per hour.
More has come out.

Apparently Scheuer (CIA traitor undermining President Bush
and the United States) continues to purport that Osama is a 'great' man
rather than a scumbag terrorist target to take out.

Even more incredibly, Scheuer's missives indicate that while at the CIA
he also had a big role to play in telling military officers
to ignore President Bush.

"Scheuer ... even goes so far as to call on America's
generals to resign rather than execute orders that
"they know [...] will produce more, not less, danger to their nation".

A full and very important thread on this is here
Check it out. This is as hard to believe as the sun stopping for 5 hours.

Isn't it treason to countermand the Commander-in-Chief?
Will this be ignored, like Sandy Burger-Burglar, too?

Question of the Day: "Where are those stolen/missing propane tanks?"

El Ghriba synagogue bombings

On April 11 (2002), a truck loaded with cooking gas in front of the Ghriba synagogue, Africa's oldest, located on the island of Djerba in Tunisia, exploded. Among those killed were five Tunisians, a French national and 11 Germans.

Isn't it treason to countermand the Commander-in-Chief?

Only if he was military. He wasn't. It's not.

But he should have resigned rather than stay on the Federal dole while being -- if the report is accurate -- insubordinate. Sounds like his ideas are sincerely derived and held but his externalized energies misdirected.

It seems more serious.
Here, the head of the unit in the CIA to get OBL
protects Osama and says to Tim Russert that Osama is "an admirable man.
If he was on our side, he would be dining at the White House."

He was in charge BEFORE the 911 Atrocities.

Why is he not guilty of murder-before the fact.

Yes, they are reading us and hoping that out intel and media is right about an anticipated hit on America again somewhere and sometime!

A little late in responding. This is a good thing as it appears that the RUMINT from the other side means this same story isn't circulating from origins from their side. This makes it apparent they have no knowledge of an impending strike since they have to cite an anti-terror site as a source for THEIR information.

Bin Laden, Zarqawi trying to communicate: general Osama bin Laden and Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the Islamic militants the United States most wants to catch, are trying to communicate with each other, a top US general said.WASHINGTON (AFP) - Osama bin Laden and Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the Islamic militants the United States most wants to catch, are trying to communicate with each other, a top US general said.

This is a good thing, implies that they are operating more in what we used to call - 'in the clear", lacking security. As long as they keep trying, the greater the potential for a good lock-on and following communications once they are reestablished.

Scapegoats are not needed. Only a crystal clear
understanding of how the 911 Atrocities were allowed
to happen after the Islamic terrorists kept attacking
America, over and over and over.

After TWA800, and WTC#1 and the rest, our focus
should have been in destroying the enemies of America
and NOT bending over and "admiring" them as some
like Scheuer now appear to have done as they took salary.

D.C. Bound Flight Diverted; Two Detained
Sunday, November 21, 2004

BANGOR, Maine — Two Moroccan men were taken off a flight from Paris (search) bound for Washington after officials determined one of the men was on the U.S. no-fly list.

Air France (search) Flight 026 was diverted to Bangor on Saturday night and the two men were being detained Sunday as officials investigated why the passenger was allowed to board the plane in Paris. The second man detained was traveling with the banned passenger.

"They are being detained and will be going through processing for expedited removal" from the country, said Janet Rapaport, spokeswoman for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Rapaport did not have the names or ages of the men, and did not know why one was on the no-fly list.

The plane eventually flew on to Dulles International Airport, arriving more than two hours late.

Passengers, who were unaware there was a problem until they crossed into U.S. air space, said everything went smoothly though some were alarmed by the incident.

The plane, a Boeing 777, had 263 passengers on board, an Air France spokeswoman said.

Exactly. It is always interesting to see their postings when it is clear that they are relying on our own media reports and government musings!
