Only if he was military. He wasn't. It's not.

But he should have resigned rather than stay on the Federal dole while being -- if the report is accurate -- insubordinate. Sounds like his ideas are sincerely derived and held but his externalized energies misdirected.

Did you see the interview today? I did not hear some of the words being attributed to person. Much of what he said was reasonable. It is not clear why everybody is jumping on him.
