Correct me if I am wrong, but was the terrorist not laying flat on the floor, instead of against a wall?

Study the raw video, if you have a copy of it.

Granted, in the video shown on the MSM, you see an elderly man sitting next to a wall. That was not the terrorist who was executed.

Marines killing an INNOCENT Terrorist!
/rant on

You know its funny. When the media gets bored with a story they seem to grasp onto anything they can. So last week it was all about the battle in Fallujah. Then as the week pressed up it was about whom the President was going to replace Ashcroft with. Then the weekend pressed on and nothing was really new. We had 100% of Fullujah occupied, but only subdued!! Then Colin Powell decides to resign, yippee! Then we have today. Oh just another day in media land! WRONG! We get headlines about "the possibility of another Abu Gharib". A Marine shoots an innocent Insurgent, yes you heard it I-N-N-O-C-E-N-T! F*ck him and f*ck the media! Those motherf*ckers have been using their fellow dead friends as traps for those boys! They say "take this grenade and when that western devil comes, blow them all up!" What we see in the media is some Marines go into a building and they see some dead body's of Terrorists left from the day before and a few live ones. What you don't know is how these Marines have been sweeping countless houses and almost getting their asses blown up because some f*ck face decided to pull the pin of a grenade and trying to take out anyone he could. So, you think the Marines are a little worried? I mean sh*t, those Marines could of just swept a house before and someone was trying to pretend to be dead and began to pull the pin from underneath himself and BOOOM! So we get this footage and a Marine says he is faking to be dead. He see's him clearly moving. Yeah, now what, let him move some more? Should we give him first aid when the house or two before a guy tried the same thing and killed one of your buddies?

F*ck that!

72 Virgins to you mother f*cker!

You media f*cks who want to burn those Marines are not worth the sweat off my......just go f*ck yourself! The rest of you, why are you not being the devils advocate?

/rant off

Rules of war were created, as an agreement between gentlemen. The purpose of war, is to protect and defend the civilian population, and their way of life.

Major monuments, or religious items, are usually considered as protected items. This is because both sides in the war have agreed to protect these items.

The primary method of protecting the civilian population, is by enforcing a strict rule of wearing a military uniform. When every single person in the military (on both sides) in is uniform, it is easy to protect innocent civilians.

When thugs and criminals violate the basic "Gentleman's Agreement", then they have forfeited those implied protections.

If the media at all actually cared about this shooting, they would have pursued the story of John Kerry shooting a kid in the back and getting a medal for it.

If the media at all actually cared about war crimes, they would have aired the video (not necessarily the gore, but the pleas) of the woman from CARE who was kidnapped and murdered by this terrorist's partners.

If the media at all actually believed that these were insurgets from Iraq and not terrorists from Sudan and other nations, they would be pushing for a non-violent solution; encouraging them to run in the upcoming Iraqi elections.

The media serves the enemy. There is no doubt. The sheep in America have been lulled back to sleep.

True, but this war has more than just the military dimension to it. It's not justified but even as we speak our "good friends" at Aljazeera are busy as beavers spreading this film across the world.

And now, another Marine has the possibility of being burned at the stake for protecting the life of his brethren

We must all speak out and make sure this doesn't happen!!

I wonder if Mike Moron is going to make a crockumentury about the marine's role in Fallajah, all he would need to do is sub title it in French, German, Russian, Arabic, and of course English and distribute it to all the America haters, to fire them up even more, I was hoping when the marine shot the terrorist, he closed his eyes and pictured it being some commie, pinko, left wing scummy rat like Kerry, Kennedy, Byrd, Hillary, etc:, etc. either way he is a hero, and I would love to shake his hand, and salute him.

Good point. I know this was all brought to the forefront with the prisoners at Gitmo, but I do not know the legality behind the arguments.

One good thing out of this so far:

The Main-wasteStream-Media is making every relative of every member of our forces "over there" turn them off as they pxxx them oxx. Makes Blather's tanking of SeeBS seem like a drop in the huge bucket.

Yes, you can point out to less informed citizens the forged memos, complicity between press and one political campaign, general lies, and suppression of important facts.

The public has seen these and has moved away from the MSM to a certain extent. But this is personal. This is an evil attack on a good man who did exactly the right thing--exactly what he should have done.

I think this will help to make more people realize that the MSM is truly The Enemy Within. They are our enemy and more people are realizing it everyday.

These Marines have more of us beside them on this than are against them.

I heard a recent retirey from CentCom on Fox this morning who said this Marine did just what he should have done.
