You're ALWAYS to good to this ol' dog!

Hi Lady J!
Where I am is fine, but the low-lying areas around North
Texas are flooding, dangerous in some parts, and still
more rain in the forecast. It's like this all the way down
through the center of Texas. So, we should stay in and
stay safe.
Thanks for the happy thoughts!
Yes, praying for those in the dangerous areas.
Gunnery Sgt. James Smith Jr., of Murfreesboro, Tenn., with Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, keeps a watchful eye on post from an amphibious assault vehicle as it rolls through the streets of Fallujah, Iraq, on Tuesday.
Those amphibious assault vehicles sure do come in handy in the downtown area of a desert city.
Sgt. Delwin Ellington, of West Palm Beach, Fla., center, smiles as he receives mail containing photos of his two children, Mekhi, 3, and Ethan, 9 months, as his buddy, Cpl. Jasper McDonald, of Cleveland, Tenn., right, looks on. Both men are with the 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment.
Also included in the envelope was a receipt acknowledging that his Military Absentee Ballot was legally cast. I wish.
A U.S soldier on Monday carries stuffed animals to young Iraqi refugees inside a mosque where they found shelter during the offensive in Fallujah, Iraq.
Many of the Troops found the shooting galleries at the local penny arcades to be an easy place to win stuffed animals.
Soldiers with the new Iraqi Army on Monday distribute particle masks and body bags received from U.S Marines during the offensive in Fallujah, Iraq.
With everybody in Iraq seeming to be wearing towels over their heads why are particle masks even needed?
Marines with Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Regiment, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force, rest Monday between operations in Fallujah, Iraq.
The Marine's weekly game of "Combat Musical Chairs" was finally down to just two contestants.

A Marine with the 1st Division takes a nap as his unit receives mail on the frontlines in Fallujah, Iraq, on Tuesday.
Postal history was made recently when a certain Troop received an unprecedented number of cartons of Marlboros.
Maj. Roger Sherman takes aim at his target through obstacles set up at the Eastern Nebraska Gun Club in Lewisville, Neb., creating drills to prepare himself for a practical pistol competition.
Great form Major, just be careful while using it if any NBC embedded reporters are around.

ABOUT TIMEEE
I know...careful who you sit next to tonight.
When I was two we returned to the US from Italy. Mom says I slept most of the way across the Atlantic; the man sitting next to her offered to hold me while she took care of my baby brother.
Well, that was a mistake. Evidently, I didn't handle waking up and landing at the same time very well. The poor gentleman ended up with a lap full of my stomach contents. Mom says he took it in stride, but I've always felt a twinge of regret at treating him so poorly...!
Are you trying to tell us something?
Be careful, be safe tonight.
I don't know that we're going to know what to do with you gone for a whole 12 hours...
Maybe you could hook up a laptop and a cell phone to FReep while airborne? Or latch onto one of those Internet kiosks at the airport?
We're going to go through Ma withdrawals!!
Hi, Kathy...thank you for this! I had a good 'un. I hope your vacation is a good one!
