Hi Lady J!

Where I am is fine, but the low-lying areas around North
Texas are flooding, dangerous in some parts, and still
more rain in the forecast. It's like this all the way down
through the center of Texas. So, we should stay in and
stay safe.

Then TX flooding was as bad as Boston radio hinted. I imagine there's property damage and pray that no lives were lost!
