No, she couldn't. Geragos wouldn't let her go in unless she went in with a member of his staff.

You have Nancy Grace CONFUSED with someone else.

What little I have watched Nancy, she was adament that there was nothing to convict Scott on.

I missed her crying on TV, but I just assumed that she is upset that he got the guilty verdict.

This is so damn wrong! ANYONE could be convicted of killing that woman under this standard of evidence!
Scott Peterson is an ass, no doubt. But is he a murderer?

I just hope that jerk is really guilty.

I am wondering what you all think went wrong with Scott that he could do something like this. Did Jackie and Lee Petersen fail as parnets in some way, or was he just born evil?

BTW: Glad I was wrong when I said he's be found NOT guilty.

Will the 2nd degree murder of his unborn son have an impact on the abortion mills? Partial Birth Abortion? I won't be surprised if NARAL pays for part of Peterson's appeal.

Smart and pretty and sexy.

She's better these days than she was when she worked for Clinton back during impeachment. Then I thought of her as like a Norah O'Donnell type--beautiful but vacant in an evil way. But there's always hope and she seems to have shaped up and acquired some common sense. Then again, even Nancy Grace thought Clinton was getting a bum rap and she can usually spot a perp a mile away. Bias will cloud you, I guess.

Well the evidence is all circumstantial...and a man should not get the death penality when there is NOT conclusive proof. One hair doesn't do it...

I seem to remember that MARK GERAGOS said Scott Peterson was Guilty and there was no way he would be acquitted before he was hired as Scott's attorney. Then somebody asked him about it and he said he had been convinced of his innocence. He made these comments to Nancy Grace and/or Greta Van Susteren on TV.

This judge erored, IMHO, and others, and I think there is a good basis for appeal.

There are lots of errors in any trial. But hardly ever do they rise above the level of "harmless error."

There were no errors in this case that will result in an overturning of this verdict.

Appeal is guaranteed.

Prevailing on appeal is a problem.

The abortion rights people will be wanting to join in order to overturn the Conner verdict because an unborn child is not allowed to be human.

Allowing the jurrors to "test" the boat was a mistake especially when the defense was not allowed to show their little video demonstration. (which the prosecution was free to duplicate and disprove)

There is the removal of the jurrors. Why were they all removed will be examined.

Well, not so. The judge on Fox thinks so and so does Greta...they both think the judge of the case made big mistakes...and the "testing" of evidence by a juror will allow for an appeal.
