he was via phone and due to the gag order could only thank his fans, but did he carry on about Geraldo's support about the Emimem video and 'other' things as they both repeatedly said

Evidently, but this will be just one of the things that Geragos uses as a reason for an appeal. Just watch.

Hi Howlin,

I agree that Geragos most likely won't be back, but I just feel there are appealable dfenses here.

The deliberations. the jury rocking the boat, the dismissals, etc....

I hope he rots for life in Prison, I just feel the judge should have declared a mistrial when given a chance, instead of hoping he could somehow hold a jury together on a death penalty case.

If the judge errored by allowing the boat issue, that is an appeal basis. By not allowing the defense to show their demonstration and then allowing the Jurors to experiment will be the hanging chad, IMHO.

Then round two, the prosecution will learn from their mistakes, and hopefully the new jury will find him guilty as well.

This judge erored, IMHO, and others, and I think there is a good basis for appeal.

I could be wrong, but I feel I will be right, we will see. I usually have a good nose for these types of things.

Regards,
Joe

Now maybe Fox can lose that Scott Peterson theme music I am so sick of hearing.

They won't lose it as it was played throughout the Chandra Levy disappearance and seems to be their theme when anyone goes missing. BTW, CNN also played it recently and I nearly dropped by teeth.

And here's the best part: Sharon Rocha can go and sit in Laci's baby room now any time she wants to; she now owns it.

Even if Peterson gets a new trial on appeal, Geragos won't be back. Geragos sucked Peterson's family dry.

Amen.

I've been praying for justice, and justice we have seen. Even in CA.

Thank you jurors. Now zip it till after the penalty phase and, then Gods speed.

I don't know..but he's such a narcissist he may have thought he could convince her to run with him and if not..I shudder to think..He doesn't think and react like a normal person.

The voice of the people, rising in crescendos and taking to the polls in the election and now foiling Gerago's transparent ploy .. just beautiful to see. Thank God justice has been declared, and the treachery delivered to Laci and Connor has been vanquished. God Bless Sharon Rocha and Laci's family. You have been such honorable and poignant protectors of your beautiful daughter and grandson. By God's grace, may His peace embrace you.

So well and beautifully said, STARWISE, I wanted to repeat all of it here. I join you in praying that Laci's family may find peace now.

SP'S VIEW will be 200 yards to Brooks Island from his cell.

Rita Cosby took a tour of San Quentin with a prison guard and he took Rita step by step through the entire process of receiving SP. And the VIEW of Brooks Island was eerie to see from the cell point.

Yes the juror in the boat jumping will make it a case for appeal. I think he will get an appeal ....Greta does too.

How could it have taken such a short time for the (new) jury to come to a verdict with the new people on it.

IT WAS A SLAM DUNK!, that's why.

Believe it or not, I've seen 'em come back in twenty minutes. Just enough time to pick a chair and elect a foreman, then all look at each other and say, "Uh-huh."

I've never served on a jury (never voir dired, never got out of the jury assembly room), but my husband is a popular juror. He's served on six or seven juries in the Atlanta metro area - usually elected foreman. He had one criminal trial where they did exactly that - chose a foreman and spent five minutes figuring out how to fill in the verdict form. Of course the guy was incredibly guilty - robbed a convenience store, tried to run over a policeman in the parking lot, high speed chase, wrecked the car, found unconscious in the driver's seat with the money in a bag beside him. It's like "Why did you bother?" Probably to stay out on bail.

None of the lawyers on any of the channels think anything will be reversed; this judge covered himself pretty well.

This is so damn wrong! ANYONE could be convicted of killing that woman under this standard of evidence!

Scott Peterson is an ass, no doubt. But is he a murderer? There's no proof. Just a bunch of stories that sound similar to...

Bush stole the election.

Halliburton.

Etc.
