Hi Howlin,

I agree that Geragos most likely won't be back, but I just feel there are appealable dfenses here.

The deliberations. the jury rocking the boat, the dismissals, etc....

I hope he rots for life in Prison, I just feel the judge should have declared a mistrial when given a chance, instead of hoping he could somehow hold a jury together on a death penalty case.

If the judge errored by allowing the boat issue, that is an appeal basis. By not allowing the defense to show their demonstration and then allowing the Jurors to experiment will be the hanging chad, IMHO.

Then round two, the prosecution will learn from their mistakes, and hopefully the new jury will find him guilty as well.

This judge erored, IMHO, and others, and I think there is a good basis for appeal.

I could be wrong, but I feel I will be right, we will see. I usually have a good nose for these types of things.

Even if Peterson gets a new trial on appeal, Geragos won't be back. Geragos sucked Peterson's family dry.

Yes the juror in the boat jumping will make it a case for appeal. I think he will get an appeal ....Greta does too.

None of the lawyers on any of the channels think anything will be reversed; this judge covered himself pretty well.

Simple. Scott was just exercising his constitutional rights, as defined by Mr. Justice Kennedy:

There are lots of errors in any trial. But hardly ever do they rise above the level of "harmless error."

There were no errors in this case that will result in an overturning of this verdict.
