Map day has become Map Weekend!
Here they are in all their cartographic glory: All the election map post-mortems. (They were just lying around the internet gathering dust anyway).
These graphic representations of the election's outcome are thought provoking.
(Did I miss any? Send 'em to thebigpicture -at- optonline -dot- net)

Not only does it show the county election results in density shades, but it coincidently happens to be the map showing in red the greatest levels of crime, pollution, corruption, appeasers, socialist misfits, and crybabies.
Cool stuff. Thanks.
he is pitiful but tolerated...like Whiskey Papa once was too.
How do we "know" how those 18-29 voted? Were they "carded" at the voting machine.
Exit polls apparently. A bad map. Also, if you remember, the 18-24 year old vote was a bust.
Election 2004: Vote divided on Issues of Religion
That "free versus slave states" map blog is obviously leftist. Probably pro-homosexuality too, judging from that "ENJOYtheDRAFT.com" website it's promoting.
But if you call yourself liberal, I suppose this shouldn't surprise us.
That's a fantastic map...even without the election info. I had no idea religious groups were distributed in this way.
Obviously.
This is important to counter those calling for national divisions (secession or ejection) along blue/red state lines. The problem wasn't states going blue or red, it was the high-population precincts that distorted the larger geographic divisions.

interesting......
Indicates political leaning by population density.
I don't take them seriously. I'm afraid to.

I think that's true. The division is very much urban/rural. You can see that clearly in the 3-D map. On another thread someone posted a much better version. I'll see if I can find it.
If it makes the libs feel better....
Not the Yukon. Tremendous waste of natural resources to populate that with lichen huggers and others of their ilk, imo.
