:-)
Most of those are probally cradel Catholics who do not adhere to the churches teachings.
Those are great links. I also think conservative catholics should not stop now-- we should continue the battle. There is no reason that the democrats, as they are constituted now, should have received 45% of the vote from people who call themselves catholic.
I think a good start is to start mass distribution of the published tirades that the democrats are having against the "stupid religious people & their stupid morals". Before they're muzzled by the smarter people on the left.
Most of the pastoral team in my church were kerry supporters. I wonder if they are aware of just what fools the people they support think faithful people are.
The USCCB came out with a position supporting life and not supporting Kerry.
did you check out any of those links about Catholics and Bush -- info about the bishops in some of them.
I was amazed this afternoon at mass at St. Thomas More parish in Boynton Beach, FL, to see a car with a "Kerry/Edwards" bumpersticker. The vast majority of stickers were "Bush/Cheney 04."

Amen!
Blame the Republicans? No, This Time It's the Christians
Faith Factor Proves Key in U.S. Elections
Thank you faithful Catholics !!!
I' m Catholic and I voted for Pres. Bush. Kerry is a fake Catholic---in name only---but even then he should be excommunicated for his dumping of his first wife, his approval of partial birth abortion, and embracing behavior that is considered evil. His actions define him as a very secular man with a disgust for anyone who actually practices their religion. He is a complete fraud.
That's not to say that there aren't some good Bishops like Burke who did the right thing. Rather, it's the conference, which has degenerated into nothing but an excercise in groupthink.
good news to remember for 2012. i would want to see Obama lose by the largest margin possible. This should be worse than Carter’s defeat in 1980.
