I knew they would challenge Ohio. Kerry will claim that ALL of those provisionals should be counted. Of course, many won't be legal votes.

All 150,000 of the "provisional ballots" need to be Democrat votes and all need to be voting at the correct precinct....pretty tough!

NBC was just interview Republican guy at that county and he says there are only 24K absentee and provisionals in that county. I have NO clue where they are getting this 250K number from.
