Not easily, but he should win it. There's huge variation between different parts of the state. The urban areas around DC, Richmond, and parts of Tidewater are probably pretty heavy Kerry country, the rest of the state is blood-red. They'll wait until they get a smattering of results in from various areas so they can get a better feel of how to spin it.

Hubby brought this one home for me, Walnut Crest, it's fair. Yellowtail's ok too. They all basically taste the same to me - so dry I can't spit, but like the southern lady my mama tries to raise, I sip 'em slow. Thankfully, she never said anything about not chuggin' beer. ;-)

Real Clear Politics had NH in the toss-up column. It would be very good news if Bush picks it up.

What do you think of FNC's statement that Virginia is still too close to call? They're looking at Northern VA data....you know, "Moscow on the Potomac".
Northern VA always goes DemonRat.
Be patient. VA is a big state.
To: FourPeas
MSNBC didn't elaborate as to a reason why.
To: DJ88
Ummm folks, the NH numbers are the two small towns that voted this morning. NH is still open. There are no other numbers.

I used 'Commit' lozenges after trying everything else in various combinations. I am proud to say I now have 13 months cigarette free. Smoked 'em for 30 years.

Estimated turnout: 122 million voters
Anybody have a link to a java page that updates the counts? I've checked CNN and FOX but they don't seem to be refreshable ones (I'd like them to update while I'm perusing FR!) ... Thanks
I have one from the CA Sec State but polls don't close here for hours and it's not national.

My gosh! Only two states have been completed! I wish they wouldn't do this--it discourages people in the central and western states.

If Va is to close to call, something is really really wrong. I thought it was safe. There is no data from Virgina yet,
so no worries yet.

Your namesake practically gloating before the commercial concerning "change."
I'd like to wipe that smirk off of his face.

My Jewish school held a vote today (young kids) and Bush got 39% -- up there with Reagan's 40%... Let's hope it's the same in Florida. That's good. Kids tend to reflect how their parents will vote.
