Watched it with sound off but read Fox's quotes. Saw what you saw. He looked like a looser and his rhetoric was consistent with it.

I thought he was going to declare victory no matter what.

The writing is on the wall... The guy hasn't polled above 46% in a two way race in 2 years of campaiging... What? Today he's going to pick up 5% in one day...

Did anyone else see this? Am I reading too much into his words and body language? I realize he's been up most of the night and is understandably tired, but to say the country will move on no matter what seemed surprisingly defeatist. Couple that with his pollster Mellman's glum prediction, and you really have to wonder whether his top advisors gave him the bad news this morning.
To: governsleastgovernsbest
Refused to say what his first actions would be as President. Not that he'll get the chance, but I'm sure his plans are to personally shred his military personnel jacket.

Yeah, Kerry is looking wretched today and I think he sees the writing on the wall.

Kerry must of got a heads up on Zogby's late breaking final final election poll before it's release tonight.

OMG. Please let this be true.
I really think that if Kerry were going to win this, he would have broken through to a lead in at least two of the last major polls. But he didn't. He got close, people took a last look at him, but in the end he just couldn't make the sale. He was in Wisconsin this morning and I'll bet his people there told him they were not going to win there. With Ohio slipping away he had to have Wisconsin.

Told you folks this week would catch up with the old fart. Contrast that to President and Mrs. Bush getting off AF1.

Posters have been saying that since the weekend, and THK's comments yesterday night sounded like a concession too. I guess they got the word early. It's not like they wouldn't know, especially since their pollster (Mellman) said Bush would likely win.

He knows. It's impossible to hide his disappointment. He should call algor to get advice on how to deal with being a looser.

yea It could mean he knows he might lose today.
