He and the Rats know that Republicans aren't going to tolerate vote fraud anymore. I for one cannot wait for this POS to give his concession speech. Hopefully the good people of Mass will recall this SOB.

Yep, he was going to declare victory. But, did anybody notice that he did NOT resign his Senate seat to run for President -- just went big league AWOL for about the past two years.
