Two 'highlights' from Elizabeth Edwards' just-completed interview on the Larry King show:
1. in describing the need to bring the country back together after the election, she expressed the fear W would be incapable of doing it, because he engaged in "character assassination" during the campaign; and
2. asked what her priorities would be if her husband and Kerry are elected, she mentioned her desire to be an advocate for military families, saying they haven't been fairly treated, and that military families hesitate to criticize W for fear of "recriminations by the Commander-in-Chief."
The very idea of any democrat, let alone the wife of the VP candidate, accusing Dubya of character assasination has got to be the most outrageous thing I've ever heard.
I've never seen anything like the character assasination these pigs have practiced against our president these past four years.
If I could slap that ***** right now, I would.

Oh dear. Move over Fergie, Weight Watchers has a new candidate to be a spokesperson for their program. Maybe Ms. Edwards could campaign for school lunch menu reform....
Liz Edwards has been a huge disappointment (no pun intended)-
Given her life experience losing a child, I did not expect her to be such a base, sharp, shrewish, nasty piece of work. She may be a military brat but she is WAAAAY out of tune with "military families".

Greta just interview Liz Cheney (real down-to-earth, believeable chick, just super) and then interviewed Lizzie Forward. Lizzie managed to keep her mean mouth off, and no digs - but 'everyone confides their needs to her" and they will soothe the nation.
