After the revelations of today, 10/29/04, where a US Army Major revealed that his unit had destroyed 250 tons of munitions at the Al QaQua facility, and after the latest Osama bin Laden video...I am revising my election prediction upward for Bush. I honestly believe that many more Americans will vote for Bush after Bin Laden spouted the Kerry/DNC/Michael Moore talking points, and after Kerry's knee jerk reation regarding the munitions have been wholly discredited.
No way Bush carries Pennsylvania. I wish he would, but it just isn't going to happen. He will, though, carry Iowa and New Mexico, two Gore states, and with them their 11 EVs.
"I hate to say it, but I am really worried about this election."
I have my worries, as well. I think Bush will win, but I think it will bo so close, and the Dims will file law suits to their hearts content, and will riot in the streets, that we will be in for a very long and cold political winter. If Kerry wins, we will have a civil war within three years, because the Left will pull out all the stops to try and push forward its Marxist, totalitarian agenda. And I will fight them, tooth and nail, to keep that from happening.
We shall see. Predicting 350, hoping for 400, praying for 270!
We shall see.
I'm still predicting 350, hoping for 400, and praying and working for 270!
Hi Jeff, I think you are about right, I think Bush will also take OR and MI, bringing him up to 370+.
I am most concerned about PA among these states with all the Philly fraud.
I also believe that OR and MI are very doable.
Predicting 350, hoping for 400, and praying and working for 270!
Would be interested in your thoughts on that thread.
wasn't Reagan and carter a close call by the pundits and pollsters? I don't remember. I do recall carter getting one state.
That 1980 election was expected to be much closer.
It was in 1984 when Mondale ran that he only got his home state and DC, 13 electoral votes to 525 for Reagan.
Both times Reagan won by substantial popular vote margins too. By 10% in 1980 and by about 20% in 1984.
actually the colors are what there they used to be and should stay this way. I dont want some commie red color! We used to be blue
In 72 Nixon got 520 electoral votes to 17 for McGovern. Nixon won by almost a 25% popular vote margin that year.
i know......i was havin some fun with jeff...he is a great guy
youre right.....we should be the blue color.
But, if he loses NH (which looks likely) NM will be in place of NH, and IA wouldn't be enough to get him past losing OH. He'd need something else. Do you think he'll keep NH? What about WI, MI, and MN?
Dude you missed my sarcasm again.LOL
My daughter is in the Navy in Maine and she keeps reminding me that Maine is going to give at least one vote to Pres Bush.
What the hell. Throw Michigan and Oregon in there for Dubya, too.
You have such a positive attitude. I'm really scared. I pray you are right!
I sincerely and with all of my heart hope you are right....I'm going in the Air Force either way....but it will be a whole lot easier if I know Bush is the Commander.
AMEN.
I believe that there are millions of Americans who CARE about this country. Keep in mind, the mass media is vocal but does not voice the majority outlook on things.
I think because we are saturated with the leftist view, some of us think they are predominant....they are NOT.
According to the MSM, 270 to 268 will be a Kerry landslide, while Bush may squeak by 320 to 218.
