this isnt news....
The guys over at DU are not talking this pole up much. They are all excited about a phone call from some Democrat bigwhigs declaring PA, OH and FLA are all in Kerry's column.
in their dreams DUmmies
They and their friends at CPUSA.COM are at the bottom of pieces of dog kerry at best.
Best/
And they think President Bush is living in a fantasy world. HAHaHAha!!!
I agree that the DU "males" (their feminist term--alludes to their part in the animal kingdom) are "guys."
Republican men are men.
I'm really worried about the battleground state polls on RealClearPolitics, particularly Ohio, Penna., Michigan, etc. I'm hoping all those Kerry leads are mirages for some reason or another.
I just took a look over at DUh. The phone call was a conference call between a DUH administrator, aTadtooDivine, Joe Lockhart, and some other Democrat hack. The call was obviously a "lets energize the base" thing, because its so full of holes. For instance, that Bush peaks at 47% in polls, and that is his ceiling. Have these guys seen all of the polls where Bush is at 50%? The candidate who can never seem to get past 45-47% is Kerry.
They are losing, and they know it.
I am so glad that for the last couple of weeks Bush has been mostly ahead even if only by a hair. It sure has saved me a lot of fretting and sleepless nights. If I was rooting for Kerry who just can't seem to quite get there, I would be almost sick by now.
I have already registered at DU so that I can post there and rub it in their faces after Bush wins.
They really ticked me off when they posted my pic from the FR gallery (along with others) and made insulting personal remarks about us.
Watching their suicidal meltdown after Bush's victory will be sweet, sweet, sweet.
To me, the polls are tracking as was predicted about a week ago by one of the Bush campaign insiders (from NRO Kerry Spot). He said it would tighten earlier this week, and it did. Then late week into the weekend, it would start breaking big for Bush. From the latest national and state polls, seems to be trending Bush. Tony Snow and another source on Thursday shared some internal polling information. They said within the last 48 hours, it had started breaking big towards Bush. Said undecideds were breaking 2-1 for Bush.
This is good news, but these polls are driving me crazy!
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/ shows results of several polls, each with a different outcome.
...good work! Hmmm. That's something we should all do, IMO. Humble those mouthy witches during their most hysterical moments. Maybe it'll push 'em over the edge.
There's a FR gallery? I didn't know that.
I bet the call actually happened, but that the assessment isn't predicated on real analysis. The last thing the Kerry campaign wants going into next week is a "Bush is surging" environment.
Now THAT makes me feel a whole lot better! 'Cause if the dems had in their column PA (most certainly), OH (slightly behind to at best a little ahead) and FL (not likely), then why would the Kerry camp be spending valuable time and money sending their surrogates to HI for 4 measly EV that they won't need?
OTOH, the same could be said about W, that he's desperate and scrambling for the crumbs HI might possibly offer, but if he truly were losing, it's doubtful those 4 EV from a state that will likely "come home" to the democrats at the end could save him, don't you think? Now, more and more I'm starting to think we might, just might, have the beginnings of a landslide and W is going for everything he can possibly get, not just what he needs.
What President Bush is looking for, isn't just re-election, but an honest, true, mandate from the people, the likes of which we haven't seen since the Reagan Administration. What he is looking for is the same thing I'm looking for, a complete, utter, and indisputable repudiation, at the ballot box, of "Clintonism", in all its forms.
The left has been saying for far too long, that in 50/50 America, getting a mere plurality of votes equals a "mandate" for sweeping change to the left. President Bush wants to end that nonsense, and end it now. I do as well...
the infowarrior
I was hoping someone would post what I just saw on Fox, their business show and each of the business talking heads gave their prediction. It was either split between the 6 people or it was 3 predicting Kerry, 2 predicting Bush. I was hoping as I said, someone else had the details of this.
