The point is Kerry jumped to conclusions before the facts came out. Even the media is confused as to what the truth is, yet here is Kerry blabbing about as if he was there himself. Regardless of how this turns out, he's been exposed on this.

Well, yeah, he's sounding clumsy. However, the media is RABID, and they are going to seize on ANY opportunity to discredit this report by accusing the Pentagon of misrepresenting what he is saying or exaggerating its importance. I think that what he is TRYING to do is head that kind of talk off at the pass.
you know what pisses me off? here is another person of the armed forces that kerry has said didn't do their job in iraq. the major has to go before the nation and defend the job they did there. kerry is no friend of our armed forces. i wish the american population could see that.
i am so mad. i never knew there were so many bunkers full of weapons in iraq. why? the media never told us. we were told for 18 months iraq wasn't a threat. 400,000 tons of weapons, conventional or not, isn't a threat under a dictator, an evil man? come on. the media didn't tell us the whole story because they knew we could make up our minds and decide yes, saddam was a threat.
if kerry wins this election i fear, really fear for the safety of our country. i just wonder how this briefing will be reported tonight on the msm?

I'm a former English teacher, and I don't give a damn about this soldier who is speaking the TRUTH clearly. Clarity is the first and foremost criterion for communicating. Now go somewhere else to discuss grammar or stick around and listen to the truths he's telling all of us.

I agree. I was making fun of the guy who was making fun of the major. Nothing against the guy. I don't use perfect English always and frequently intentionally don't to add some character.
