THE NEW YORK TIMES HAS NO PROBLEM PUSHING A BOGUS STORY ABOUT THE MISSING EXPLOSIVES, AND APPARENTLY ABC NEWS HAS NO PROBLEM WITHOLDING A LEGITIMATE STORY BEACUSE OF FEARS IT WILL RALLY SUPPORT FOR BUSH. why does abc have control over this? didnt it get examined by the feds? doesnt that mean the feds can relase it too?
Explain why you think it helps Bush if the video is aired. I am not certain that it helps or hurts.
I'm fairly confident it will be aired before the election. Actually, the longer they wait, the more anticipation and water cooler talk there will be about it. The word will spread more this way.

according to Rush this morning, the ABC tape has been authenticized today. Why shouldn't we all call ABC and demand it be aired?

Because if ABC thought it would hurt BUSH they would air it in a heartbeat...........authenticated or not.
There is one thing that would help more than releasing the video, and that is upping the terror alert level. And if the government doesn't think the threat is real or specific enought to raise the threat level, then why should we try to exploit terror for political gain? It's beneath us. I'm only interested in the political aspect of this story as secondary to public safety.
The tape has already been authenticated! Get with the program here and read the threads throughly before making knee-jerk responses.
Actually, this video seems to be more for the
threatening of people that IF they do NOT vote for
Kerry, and elect President Bush instead, then they
are threatened that they will be attacked. So,
this is designed to get the liberal candidate, Kerry,
elected, just like they did in Spain before their
elections - where Spain CAVED!
