The news at 5 said of the 9% who reported 51% voted for Bush and 47 % voted for Kerry

Ok wait. ABC has polled early voters (or a sampling of 9% of the electorate who have already voted) and it's 51-47?. Is that what it boils down too?

Uh-51% we win!

That 47% will drop since it reflects his hardcore base.

Our base will be voting on Nov.2 no matter what.

I expect the gap to widen.

Early / Absentee voting should not be allowed, except for the military personal stationed away from their homes...

Early voting, it almost has to be. Because most absentee ballots are from people out of state or the country, which would be, on average, harder to interview.
