Wait. Is your math correct? Bush holds everything he won in 2000 and loses Ohio but wins only WI and 1 EV from ME and that is enough? That does not sound right.
Since it did not seem correct to me either, I was hoping someone would verify it!
I do it this way.
With reapport. Pres Bush has 278 EV votes. I say that is a 9 point cushion since he would win with a 269-269 tie.
If he adds WI and one EV from Maine he would have a 20 point "cushion". Hence Pres. Bush would win the race without OH. Don't tell the Kerry camp. It our back door in! LOL.

"IA is a lock, the President leads by about 30 in the Hoosier State"
IA is Iowa not Indiana

I think you may be referring to COURAGE or POA2 ?

Us zonies also picked up two new votes.

It really is strange you should question this since I honestly was questioning it myself!!!
I have been so nervous about this race that I often go over what is the bare minimum that the Pres. needs to keep his job? I don't think I ever saw it this way before but it is legitimate. I think I have always discounted the New Hampshire EV's before and that is why this approach didn't dawn on me. With the better poll for NH, I took a second look at it.

Yes, it was Courage. Thanks.
I hope the fella is allright.

I think NH will go for Bush. Without it, we can still win NM or OR or MN or IA or . . . now, even MD or NJ. And where is Kerry having to campaign? PA !!!! I remain optimistic.

What ever happened to the poster (I can't think of his name for the life of me now) who was always wringing the bad news out of everything? I hope he's OK. Which one? There was KQQL, POA2, and disCOURAGE. All three have been banned although POA2 has come trolling back several times only to be ZOTTED again.

Ohio is absolutely sick of the attack ads going constantly from what people are saying who live there.
Hopefully word will spread about the HUGE ad buy of Ashleystory.com
See this ad. It is very positive and surely will sway undecideds to Bush's camp.

The other polls are biased hacks. Thats the honest truth too.

What? I haven't seen WI in the Bush column for days--now this? What confusion!!!!!!! How can this be!!!!! Maybe it's a blimp in the polling!
One thing for sure---if Wisconsin goes for Bush then so will Ohio---and possibly Iowa!
