I'm calling it for Bush today, 10/15/2004.
Bush 320 Electoral Votes, Kerry 218 Electoral Votes.
I always thought red was for Bush and blue was for Kerry.
I hope and pray you are exactly right. There is every prospect for a really big win...but we have to keep working for whatever win over Kerry is possible.
Go to your county courthouse and ask them...they will be able to tell you.
Sure, if you want your teeth knocked out by some union toughs. It can be done if you want to be sued by John Street's allies in the 'civil rights' community. This stuff is minimized when a Republican governor sits in the state house. Under a Republican administration you can at least count on the State opposing such shennanigans before the administrative law judge. But with Rendell, you not only have a Democrat, you have a Philadelphia Democrat.
BTW, there is some serious talk around Harrisburg that Rendell might not win re-election. If so, that would be a serious violation of the 8-years-In / 8-years-Out rule of PA politics.
I changed to BUSH=BLUE, KERRY=RED. Much more fitting colors IMHO.
I'm hoping for the same. Kerry must not have his hands on the reins of power in this nation.
hehe! :^D
I am with you bro. I believe if we work hard right up to the end...we'll see it...maybe even a bigger win.
Thanks...I'll join you with some Apple Juice, LOL!
It's called competition. They could play the "hold back the projection call" game, but Fox is already kicking their butts in ratings and they can't afford to be too obvious. The liberal media doesn't have the monopoly they've had.
It only takes one news source to start calling the projections then the pressure gets heavy to follow suit or look the fool.
AnnaZ suggested the change on this thread and I gladly accomodated her. RED=KERRY is much more fitting in the historic perspective IMHO.
I did!
I'm either gonna do lit drops or drive voters to the polls.
Unless the great "uniter and not a divider" gets cured of that utopian nonsense and slapped into awakehood.. Republicans and Dimocrats are aborting the next generation... but the dumbocrats are IMPORTING THEIRS... I have a sneakin hunch Bush could care less what happens after his 2nd term... with the silly attitude that conservatives and liberals ought to pull together.. whuch will never happen.. unless conservatives become more liberal... in which case then america is screwed...
Interesting, you've reversed colors on us. I believe the networks usually show the incumbent in blue and the challenger in red. I'm not sure where I picked up this bit of trivia. But many of us have started self identifing as the "red zone" after the famous map of by-county voting that ran in USA Today.
Anyway, using your colors I'll say this: the Blue Zone needs a route to the Pacific! Oregon is going to deliver it! You wait and see.
Sure, FOX News will 'push' the other Networks, but even FOX doesn't want to be reversed after calling a state.
Now that is the spirit and I will gladly be wrong on that issue. Looking forward to it in fact.
BTW, I changed the colors at AnnaZ's siuggestion on this thread. It was a good one and given Kerry's actions over the years, is much more historically accurate.
Each state HAS to be decisive - or they'll keep this tied up in the courts for a year.
Looks like if Bush loses bothe PA and OH, he still sneaks by.
You have New Mexico for Kerry -- I heard through a friend that he and Rudy are coming there to campaign for Bush -- and I know the Repuiblicans are working very hard internally in the State to elect the President.
Agreed...and I hope I am wrong on that one...it could easily go for Bush and I hope it does. The more the merrier.
