George doing a good job of looking into the camera to talk to the American people...keep it up...sincerity works..

Bush answer in Round 5 on outsourcing.
Bush says "whew" not good. Bush fumbling. Bush calls Kerry a liar (not really) for mistating facts on Pell Grant. Bush talking about reducing taxes. Bush not addressing outsourcing at all. This is not his best response. Bush getting a little better as his time goes on. Bush now getting better, hammering Kerry on his Senate record. Kerry response weak. "Anybody can play with these votes."
