Let’s pretend for a moment that Good and Evil both exist on earth. That issues aren’t only a matter of one’s perspective, but that real facts exist and they don’t have a side. That “gray area’s” are just mind bending attempts to justify the unjustifiable. That America is not divided along socio-economic lines, but rather by opposing forces with very different agenda’s.

Let’s pretend that we no longer have the luxury of walking the tightrope of indecision, or sitting on a politically correct non-committal fence, void of moral or ethical conviction. Let’s pretend that Right and Wrong do exist, and that the time has come to choose a side, to stand and be counted.

Those of you, who are unable to imagine this scenario, will most likely make all of the following decisions badly. But what about those of you who are able to play along?

Remember, as we walk through this process, no cheating, you must take a side on each issue. No mind numbing mental or emotional gymnastics leaving you undecided, you must take a stand.

It has been framed as a “woman’s Right”, but the issue is “abortion”, and it is about a child’s Right. It’s about the taking of innocent life for the purpose of convenience, as a result of poor choices already made. In terms of Good vs. Evil, now that you are forced to make a choice, which side of this issue represents Evil?

They call it “Gay Right’s”, but it requires the destruction of traditional “family values”, the time honored sanctity of “Marriage” (between one man and one woman), and the traditional “family unit”. It also requires that all consensual sexual behaviors be given equal status, and that we accept a truly “open society”. Forced to take a side, which side is most likely to be of Evil intent?

Some believe we must legalize “illicit drug use”, but for what benefit to mankind or society? If choosing a side on this issue, which side has the sound of Evil?

Politicians, members of the press, and university professors have used extreme measures to demonize capitalism. Yet the opposite of capitalism is communism, and socialism is just the stepping stone between them. Based on everything you have witnessed in the world, which of these ideals represents the true Evil of man’s dominion over man?

We are deep in a war against international terrorists, some living in our own neighborhoods. Some believe that America, (who has liberated more than 70 nations, and feeds the world), is the Evil doer. Other’s met the Evil doer’s in Washington, New York and a Pennsylvania field on September 11th, 2001, and we have all watched the Evil of men like Saddam Hussein for decades. Which side do you stand with?

In the last three years, we have liberated two nations, more than 50 million people who have never known liberty, with less U.S. casualties than we had in one hour, three years ago. Some want you to believe that our actions are ill intended and unsuccessful.

Some countries have shown their commitment to world peace and their loyalty to America, (by standing beside America in her time of need), and some refer to them as a “coalition of the bribed”. Other countries, who many think still are our friends, have been caught taking “bribes” from Saddam Hussein in return for working against America and the free world, in effect, supporting terrorism. One of these sides is Evil, you tell me which one?

Many in America have come to believe in the idea that we are supposed to have a “separation of church and state”. While carefully framed as a discussion of personal freedom and liberty, in reality, it would require a government completely void of moral and ethical standards. In a nation whereby all Rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness were “endowed by our creator”, which side of this debate is of Evil intent?

We have been told over and over that corporate America is our most hated enemy, yet it is corporate America that creates private sector jobs, not government. Government only has the power to create public sector jobs, at an ever increasing expense, not benefit, to tax payers. Corporate America creates, manufactures, invents, employs, and is our economy. How can they be our enemy? Which side of this issue is of Evil intent?

The U.S. Supreme Court has just agreed to take up the issue of public displays of the Ten Commandments for the first time since 1980, and “under God” in our pledge is also under attack. Next it will be “In God We Trust” on our currency and the invocation that has opened every session of Congress since the 1700’s. One of the sides of this debate has Evil intent, decide which one…

One of the two political parties is being caught red-handed as I write, in attempts to file fraudulent voter registration cards across this country, caught red-handed fighting for the Rights of felons and foreigners to elect our next President, even to have outside foreign observers validate our election process. They accuse the other party of attempting to “steal” an election. One of the parties is Evil today, which one…

One of the two parties was also caught red-handed stealing classified documents from the National archive, and working in conjunction with the mainstream media to use forged government documents to smear a sitting President during war time. This party has Evil intent, which one is it?

No matter which of these issues we talk about, the gray area is the most comfortable zone for most Americans today. It’s no accident; we have been slowly conditioned to believe that nothing is really any of our business. We have been sold the idea that we are not to impose our moral or ethical standards upon anyone else, certainly not to use our moral compass in the running of our country.

But it is all hogwash, Good and Evil does exist, if you didn’t know it before September 11, 2001, you should know it now. Right and Wrong should be the basis for which decisions are made, and in America, it is all our business!

Those who don’t believe Good and Evil exist, prove by their own existence that it does. The rest of us must now stand together and be counted…

One of our two candidates stands for Evil, has been caught using Evil tactics to win power, and is supported by huge sums of money from a handful of Evil people with Evil intent. The other candidate stands for Good and decent values, and relies on the financial support of average Americans.

Have you figured out which one is which?

i didn't know you could put spin on something as basic as Good vs Evil... i've learned something new!

the fact is, there are grey areas. a lot of them.

killing is evil. forcing people to do things against their will is evil. lying is evil. which side are you on?

Bush needs to acknowledge the loss of civilian lives in Iraq. I have a hard time standing by him sometimes. When I know that good people are being killed in Iraq. they're not ALL terrorists.

if it were all cut and dried, good vs evil, then our nation wouldn't be so divided along party lines. i really try to believe that democrats aren't evil people, they just have a different way of thinking about the problems that face us all. calling them 'evil' or implying that they are, just serves to keep dividing the country.

the fact is, god hates death of innocent people in any form, no matter what country they live in, or what color their skin is.

There are no gray areas, just people that have no moral judgment....it is now a binary decision, as it should be, you will have to decide, yes or no, i or o, 1 or 0, Life or Death. you have a choice and it is your responsibility to decide!

Is that you Terry McAllife? Or did you just steal his talking points?

I haven't seen one instance of God saying that one sin will have a lesser penalty than another. I have read this scripture...

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

When judgement day comes (and it will) God won't be asking for your 'nuanced' interpretations.

First of all Bush has NEVER targeted civilians or good people. UNLIKE those we are at war with.

For you to suggest there is some moral equivalency between what Bush is doing and the terrorists we are fighting is way off base.

There are MANY instances of God saying that one sin will have a lesser penalty than another in the Bible.

For example the sin of bestiality is punishable by death, but the sin of stealing requires a person make restitution.

Furthermore the penalty for thievery to avert hunger was not as severe as stealing motivated by greed.

Yes, when the world was under the law different penalties were alloted...but that all changed when our Saviour was crucified

My comment was directed to those who want to pretend that there is 'excusable' behavior. God doesn't do 'nuance'.
