No. I don't think she is. I think she has been convinced by the Left-wing extremists in this country that criminal activity is actually free speech. It was only a matter of time. Now, it is only a matter of time before one of these extremists kills someone and claims they were only making a political statement.
Pursue the charges and let her be suspicious in an orange jumpsuit...
RE: The 49-year-old Chimacum woman
A bit on the youngish side to have been a full fledged hippie freak, back in the day, but nonetheless, clearly born pre-1960 and therefore subject to adult insanity, high chair tyrant tantrums and endless irresponsibility until her dying day.
Nah, she puts in too many hours and you can actually see the results of her work.
Yeah, and I think her husband got into the ORANGE paint a few weeks ago.
And given a prune juice enema.
Handcuff her. Book her and arraign her. Try her, convict her and jail her.
I think vandalizing campaign signs is a crime here in California. The only "political" decision would be to NOT prosecute. THAT would be very suspect.
I just took a quick look at the Washington Rules of Civil Procedure. At first glance, it looks like she would not be entitled to recover her legal fees even if she won. So if these people all sue her, win or lose - she loses. I really think she needs to have severe financial pain inflicted upon her.
Old Orange Tan?
Exactly. Her words are a veiled threat. If I was the officer, I'd charge her.
At a minimum she should have to pay for new signs.
well let us not forget the emotional trauma of having one's sign defaced in one's own yard!
LOL
It so, so, so is.
Left-wing extremists like former President Bill Clinton, who set the criminal tone of the party?
she's been politically "active" with her yellow paint
>>>
LOL
grrrrrr...
If it were my sign, she'd be dead (criminal mischief during the nighttime is a 'shootable' offense in Texas) & I'd be suing her estate for the $0.17 bullet I used.
