Does the text of the report state the 41 rockets were filled with agent?

Technically it's not a stockpile unless there are at least 42. < / sarcasm>

Oh puh-leeze. These are old, there isn't that many and they aren't valid as a justification for war.
Only when stuff like this is discovered under a Democrat administration will it be legitimate and considered big news.
Glad I could clear that up.

I think the next "goal post" move out of the main stream press will be?
There is only one stockpile of 41 WMDs and thus it doesn't count because we need "stockpiles" to make it fit our definition.
Of course in Canada our press (for the most part) keep using no WMDs. They forget to put the "stockpiles" word after the "no" and before the "WMD". I'm really pi$$ed off this morning over this whole issue - sorry if it shows.

Rocket filed with the most toxic gas does not count. It will not kill a million people with just one.

I can't open the PDF file. Is anyone else having this problem? I want to be able to verify this by looking at it myself, but the file appears to be corrupted.

I doubt this is true. If it were, don't you think the Bush adminsistration would have been trumpeting it to the skies?
My guess is that these pre 1991 weapons were identified and taken out in Gulf WAR I.
Any stockpile then probably wasn't there by the time we got there in 2003.

As a Freeper once noted here months ago, if the rockets weren't targeting Disney World during Gay Days, bearing labels stating "Made in 2002," then they don't count!
