I can't open the PDF file. Is anyone else having this problem? I want to be able to verify this by looking at it myself, but the file appears to be corrupted.

When you go into the CIA site and click on volume 3, it takes a long time to open volume 3 because it is a big pdf file.

And then once it is up it may take a while to load all the pages as you go through. Have some patience and you will be able to read page 29 and view page 30 in volume 3.
