WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE SKYS OVER NORTHERN OHIO?
On Wednesday morning September 22nd, 2004 a caller rang the WTAM morning show, Wills and Coleman in the Morning, to report the sightings of strange colors in the sky. Other callers reported seeing the same thing while others tried to describe and/or explain the image. (You can hear a sampling of the calls below).
Afternoon host Mike Trivisonno was curious and ventured into his backyard to see for himself. Although he did not see the lights he did see something peculiar, jet contrails all over the crystal clear Cleveland sky. The contrails extended in all directions as far as the eyes can see. The contrails formed a checkerboard pattern. In all of Trivisonnos years on this planet he had never seen anything like it. Or maybe it was he just never noticed it. He played the phone calls from that morning and mentioned his observations on his #1 rated afternoon show that day and asked the question What the heck is going on
I've come to take Kerry home!
ROFL! That was my very first thought.
Can't shoot whatever it is down unless it passes Kerry's Galactic test...
"something peculiar, jet contrails all over the crystal clear Cleveland sky."
Gee dad and I counted seventeen jet contrails in the evening sky over Indianapolis Sunday. Very beautiful in the sky-blue-pink sunset. Just didn't think it was that "peculiar".
Are there any lights blinking like 'disco lights'?
There they are! :)
Aurora Borealis?
Have no fear it was shrillary on her broom-stick making the rounds at the local lesbian bars in the sky. Shrillary is a remarkable woman she has been with more women than Bill. Bush/Cheney 2004
The image is being viewed on a monitor that's attached to a professional broadcast type VTR (Videotape Recorder). These VTR's use a reference called Timecode. When a VTR is idle, the display indicates "T*R" along with the timecode that the machine last indicated after it was stopped. Once the machine is put into Record mode, the display changes to "TCR" (for Timecode Record) and the display begins moving again.
The Timecode is in terms of Hours, Minutes, Seconds and Frames (30 frames per second). Usually, they are tied to a clock and record real time-of-day (in this case it looks like roughly 18 minutes, 8 seconds after midnight).
In this instance, since the machine was idle (not in record of playback mode), the timecode stamp has nothing to do with what is being viewed on the monitor.
Hope that helps. (I work in Television)

I don't know what it is but Al Gore invented it.
I didn't do it!
The high altitude plasma inversephase inducer went on the fritz.
It was several tense minutes before I got it to calm down and not blow us to Kingdom Come.
But a few aging hippies did see the colorful lights and were heard to say, "Trippy, man."
John Kerry: But if and when you do it, Jim, you have to do it in a way that passes the test, that passes the global test where your countrymen, your people understand fully why you're doing what you're doing and you can prove to the world that you did it for legitimate reasons.
I'm jealous!
That would be so cool if they turned out to be aliens, and we encountered them. I mean, Iraq and the election and gas prices are all a big drag. I'm having to double up on sangria and herb just to cope. Alien contact would be a refreshing change. What could Chris Matthews possibly have to say about it?
Here he comes to save the day.
"Help is on the way."
You have too much time on your hands! LOL

A claim of human cloning? It's been done before '78 announcement was ruled a fraud; new case awaiting validation 01/01/2003 The Washington Post For all the speed with which science was progressing, virtually no one thought it would happen so soon. Yet there it was in huge block letters on the front page of the New York Post: The world's first human clone had been born. The next day, The Washington Post and other newspapers across the country ran with the story about the rogue scientists who had cloned a human on an undisclosed island. A spokesman connected to...
