Dennis Miller was great on Leno tonight. He and Robin Williams are my two favorite comedians. I think both are so quick and spontaneous. Of course I don't care much for Williams politics, but he is a good comedian. Here was Millers reason for voting for Bush. (I combined his two reasons into one. Sorry Dennis for the artistic liberty)
He said Bush jumps out of bed every morning, scratches himself, and says where are some terrorist I can kill today.
He said Kerry gets up, calls Cameroon and asks if we can defend ourselves.
I thought that pretty much sums up the differences between the two candidates.

I don't see Cheney looking at Edwards.
BTW, the Edwards people issued a statement saying that Cheney swore Edwards into office.
That's a HUGE lie.

Cheney looked Vice Presidential. Edwards looked like a lawyer.... Edwards looked like a crooked lawyer. Or is that redundant!

hate to say it, but I fear Edwards pantsed the Veep!
Cheney played way too much defense and very little offense. Remember who they needed to "win over," those incapable of making up their minds. It is now clear to me how Edwards has been able to make so much money in his court cases, he is quite expert in getting people without brains to agree with him. He, like Kerry the other night was very forceful in saying absoulutly nothing.
I fear what the polls might look like tomorrow. I fear for the worst. When are we (the republicans) going to go on offense and really take it to them. Seems like too much of being nice to those not worthy.
Cheney missed a great setup to cut Edwards to pieces with the question regarding Edwards' role in raising medical costs by his professional antics...
I'm bummed...
Sure. That is why EVERY analysis on the Media and else where is saying Cheney kicked Edwards butt,
so which group do you work for? DNC, Movon.org ACT? Cause you sure ddin't watch the same debate everyone else did

How did you like the King David Hotel story in Israel and the Valerie Lake pool drain story. When he said that crap about the screw that cost two cents, I was thinking, "Sure, those guys were scum if that story is true, but I'd bet they were afriad they'd get skeletonized by the trial lawyers if they admitted their error to anyone for any reason. And how much does it cost me, my family and my community every year to have everyone thinking about how not to get sued all day?
I think Edwards overestimates the esteem the public has for trial lawyers.

Go ahead and gloat like crazy, you earned the right.
Trial lawyer Edwards is definately trying the patience of rational Americans. It will be a great day when Kerry and Edwards have become as invisible as Dukakas, Geraldine and Mondale.

I don't know who she may have attempted to embarrass with her question, I happen to think it was valid (Over 162,000 African Americans were living with AIDS in the United States. They accounted for 42% of all people in the United States living with AIDS, according to the CDC).
Edwards, I think, said he would double the funding of in Africa. So if she was attempting to embarrass Cheney, Edwards stepped right into the punch. That hurts the Dems who already are struggling with lukewarm support among blacks.

And Kerry has said at least once that he would have used the Iraq war money for HEALTH CARE. Frankly, I'd rather kick terrorist butt over there than have cheap treatments for the massive anthrax and ebola poisonings over here.

Oh thank you. I post that all of the time, and I know people don't like that , but it is true. I wouldn't want a President that isn't mindful of that. (like Clinton)
