Dangerfield: My wife's so big she got stuck in a phone booth. To get her out, we had to grease her thighs & throw a Twinkie out by the curb... ROFL!

Well, Kerry had to stand for something......that's why he stood for the debate. LOL!

I suspect is what was sited earlier today that the format will suit him better because Edwards cannot strut around like a lawyer. Agree.
Plus, this format fits Cheney's style...just ask Lieberman.

Kerry is such a spaz.
Rush made a good point today, he said only Wart Boy can bring up Halliburton.(Cheney will scalp him if he does)
If the moderator brings up Halliburton then he is a dem hack.
I think the levee is going to break tonight in our favor.

Is that the one were they got to talking about vietnam and korea? Got so wired up!

More good news from other thread.
The Republican-led House voted Tuesday to break up the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, an action opponents said was motivated by conservatives' ire over some of the court's rulings.

Thanks for the report. It is necessary to interpret real news and progress by what we DON'T hear from the legacy media. They are NOT reporting the hammerlock that Hastert, Delay, and some others seem to have on the Congressional schedule. Bills are flying through. A lot of them may die by not having a Senate bill to marry with, but at least the House is showing initiative.

You are right...and the SNL team really showcased Kerry's bizarre mannerisms. His idiotic statements, too. "That's not flip flopping! It's pandering!".

The funny thing is I didn't think I got MSNBC but we were at a party last week and someone told us you had to punch the number in (you can't channel surf to it).
It's also not listed in our tv guide so I never punched that number in. Listening to this panel, maybe I'm sorry I heard we actually get this channel :-)

You are so right. I went and got right, and came back....500+ posts later!!

I think you might be on to something there. Sitting down reduces the grandstanding arm movements.
Is it going to be like the last VP debate where they were at a small table talking to the moderator and not necessarily the audience? That would really lean into Cheney's strengths.

John Kasich (another one who is in the Scarborough category) is on saying that Rumsfeld said there was no connection between Al Qaeda and Saddam and that Bremer said they needed more troops. He is also saying that the Midwest is going more democrat.
Gee, he is a real help for our side, isn't he?
To: Peach
Yes--Wouldn't it be a hoot if Cheney made a joke about the Kerry team mining for galatic votes? LOL

You have to be a southerner or have southern roots to use the very powerful Bless your heart. It just doesn't seem right out of a yankee's mouth. Imagine "Bless your heart" with a Boston accent. Geez! I actually heard that once (you can't mistake a Boston accent) and to my sensitve Southern ears, it sounded worse than a fart in church.
