Sheraton Parsippany Hotel
199 Smith Road * Parsippany, NJ

                                         "America's Precious Heritage"
Steven C. Bonta, PhD, Executive Director of Robert Welch University, will speak on the roots of American civilization.  He will discuss the calculated attack to destroy America's Moral Foundation.  You will no doubt be intrigued by his insightful perspective and conclusions.  Dr. Bonta holds a BA in literature from Penn State University, an MA in linguistics from Brigham Young University, and a PhD from Cornell University in the same subject.  He has been a contributor to The New American magazine since 1998, and is the author of the introductory book, Inside the United Nations.

"FTAA: World Government is the Goal"

His long years spent in studying and combating the machinations of our nation's enemies have left John F. McManus uniquely qualified to lead The John Birch Society's  fight against the proposed Free Trade Area of the Americas.  As the Society's director of the effort against this latest attack on our nation, he says: "FTAA's promoters ay it's all about trade. But, if allowed to be created, it will affect jobs, national borders and sovereignty.  Even more, it's obvious that this pact has been designed to usher in UN-dominated world government.  It must be defeated."  Hear Mr. McManus describe how The John Birch Society plans to "Stop the FTAA."

Sorry, but I'll have to pass. Half of the leaves in the back yard fell on the wrong side - takes a lot of time to flip them over.

And now a few words from Mr. Robert Zimmerman of Hibbing, Minnesota:

Well, I was feelin' sad and feelin' blue,

I didn't know what in the world I was gonna do,

Them Communists they wus comin' around,

They wus in the air,

They wus on the ground.

They wouldn't gimme no peace. . .

So I run down most hurriedly

And joined up with the John Birch Society,

I got me a secret membership card

And started off a-walkin' down the road.

Yee-hoo, I'm a real John Bircher now!

Look out you Commies!

Now we all agree with Hitlers' views,

Although he killed six million Jews.

It don't matter too much that he was a Fascist,

At least you can't say he was a Communist!

That's to say like if you got a cold you take a shot of malaria.

Well, I wus lookin' everywhere for them gol-darned Reds.

I got up in the mornin' 'n' looked under my bed,

Looked in the sink, behind the door,

Looked in the glove compartment of my car.

Couldn't find 'em . . .

I wus lookin' high an' low for them Reds everywhere,

I wus lookin' in the sink an' underneath the chair.

I looked way up my chimney hole,

I even looked deep inside my toilet bowl.

They got away . . .

Well, I wus sittin' home alone an' started to sweat,

Figured they wus in my T.V. set.

Peeked behind the picture frame,

Got a shock from my feet, hittin' right up in the brain.

Them Reds caused it!

I know they did . . . them hard-core ones.

Well, I quit my job so I could work alone,

Then I changed my name to Sherlock Holmes.

Followed some clues from my detective bag

And discovered they wus red stripes on the American flag!

That ol' Betty Ross . . .

Well, I investigated all the books in the library,

Ninety percent of 'em gotta be burned away.

I investigated all the people that I knowed,

Ninety-eight percent of them gotta go.

The other two percent are fellow Birchers . . . just like me.

Now Eisenhower, he's a Russian spy,

Lincoln, Jefferson and that Roosevelt guy.

To my knowledge there's just one man

That's really a true American: George Lincoln Rockwell.

I know for a fact he hates Commies cus he picketed the movie Exodus.

Well, I fin'ly started thinkin' straight

When I run outa things to investigate.

Couldn't imagine doin' anything else,

So now I'm sittin' home investigatin' myself!

Hope I don't find out anything . . . hmm, great God!

LOL, I just listened to that due to another thread. The version on his 1964 Live CD is just hilarious.

Never let them evil McCarthyites tell you that there is such a thing as a communist. I think it was Karl Rove's great grampappy invented the scare tactic.

I really don't know what to think of any group who forty years ago was posting signs along the highway telling Americans to .....
GET US OUT OF THE UN. and...
IMPEACH EARL WARREN.

Maybe they were just ahead of their time.

I recall a song on the radio from about 1962 that poked fun at the Birchers.

I can't remeber the words though.

I still have my Grandfather's 1959 edition of The Blue Book of the John Birch Society.
It is truly an amazing read 45 years later.

It is becoming fashionable nowadays to discount or ignore completely the relationship between morality and political liberty. Perhaps this is because the deteriorating moral culture in the modern United States of America seeks to be its own justification. Freedom, some believe, can flourish independently of moral standards, as long as we allow every man uninhibited license in his so-called "personal lifestyle choices." This badly flawed notion is going to be the death of our republic, unless Americans wake up to the fact that morality matters.

Fortunately for us, others have followed the path of moral and political decline before. The trail they blazed into oblivion is worth considering, if we wish to avoid repeating their mistakes.

The history of Rome, with all its triumphs and tragedies, has much to teach contemporary America. Rome, the first free constitutional republic, became an important model of limited government for the American Founding Founders. The history of Rome is really a morality play on a grand scale.<<

The difference between a conservative and a liberal is: A conservative bases his politics on his morals......A liberal bases his morals on his politics.....Think about it!!!

From the Resolutions above---->>> We are being induced to "call evil good, and good evil"—while we pat ourselves on the back over our sophistication—exactly as did those who were so "modern" in the days of Isaiah.<---- Interesting!...Ever notice how a liberal is so smug in their self appraised sophisticated mordern thinking?...Facts dont seem to matter...Very content to avoid any search for what MAY be actually true...

I think it was flouridation. Flourination is what happens when a guy tries to pee in the dark in the middle of the night and misses the toilet.
