No accidents that I am aware of. She is a jumper...if I am standing, she is jumping til I pick her up.
She also found a chicken bone and tried to bring it in to eat it...I caught her with it and took it away...but it was probably 35 percent gone by the time I saw it.
I can't explain what happened...I am just really worried.
I just called the vets office again...I asked how she was doing.
She is being kennel'd. With tranquilizers to keep her calm. They don't know if they will take xrays or not, but I authorized xrays to make sure there is nothing that is going to cause paralysis.
I appreciate your comments...I am really worried about my girl. I would appreciate it very much if I could ask advise from you if there is something that I can't figure out on my own!
Just ping me. I'll be here after 1Pm Central.
Last time I had her weighed she was 100 pounds, not fat she is just a big dog.

Sophie still has some growing to go. Is she still on puppy food or do you have to drag home an elk a week?
DON'T LET THOSE GHOSTIES SCARE Y'ALL AWAY FROM THE SCRATCH 'N SNIFF SALOON....
Is anyone else here as skittish as a border collie in a field of horny ewes about Tuesday?
Did you remember to set your clocks back? I feel as if I'm back on my true moon howlin' cycle...finally. I miss that hour while on DST. My bio-rythms get all skewed.
My little baby Basset JB has finally found her true voice. I don't know whether she knew it was Halloween or not, but when I took her out around 3:30 A.M. this morning she let out her first, really true howl. It was a whopper!! She was actually baying at the moon, y'all. It was such a proud moment for her dog mama!!

My dogs are asleep, I'm awake. Guess the dogs did better with the time change than I did?
How do they do that!!!!!!!!!
I have no idea. My three can sleep for 12 hours, get up and pee, and go right back to sleep if they have a mind.
Don't get me wrong, they're not lazy and they go a mile a minute most of the time, but I know what you mean. If they wan't to lay in they have no equal. Me...ha! If I get 5 hours of straight sleep I'm ecstatic! Guess that's why I'm such a crab?
How are you this mornin'? I feel energized!
Awwwww that's your dog???
"How are you this mornin'?"
I'm a five hour sleeper too. However, if the afternoon permits, I do love that nap. :-)
Yes, the election is energizing. I think Bush is going to win by 5% barring too much election corruption.
Words can't describe my feelings about the Democrat's efforts to undermine the integrity of our election and US democracy.
Awesome Pics!! I just had to say AAAAAAAAAWWWWWWEEE!!!!
Corgi somewhere? But who cares, she's irresistible!
Nope. I wish it were though...
Basic truth any kid can understand. Too bad Kerry and his pals prefer to close the blinds and put out milk and cookies.
A friend of mine has a Rhodesian(yeah I'll chance the spelling) Ridge Back.
He's defective in that he doesn't have a ridge! Absolutely one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met. He's goes by the name of Buster. ;-)
What a sweetie! I knew two Corgies who greeted everyone as a pal. Of course I fell madly in love with the breed. They're little teddy bears. If they didn't exist, we'd have to invent them.
I'm so sorry to hear about Bailey's passing. But he's in heaven now, for sure. Your neighbors will see him again.
We had momma deer and two yearlings in the backyard last week. She was telling us she couldn't possibly feed everybody all winter and we'd better start anteing up. (The yearlings were lurking in the bush and she nosed them out into the open so we'd see them.) Lizzie, the mini wire dachsie was let out and raced around the side of the house, two barks....which the deer ignored...and she was back at the door demanding to be let in. I found an old red legwarmer which, with a few judicious holes, should work out nicely as Lizzie's winter coat.
