Well, so much for Attack Poodle's strategy of negativism, gloom and doom, pessimism. Three days before the first Presidential debate, President Bush maintains his lead over John Kerry in the Gallup Poll and ABC News/WSJ Poll. Looks like the negatives are up on Poodle...of course, it looks like his mean spirited attack on Iraqi Prime Minister Allawi is backfiring. Also, his flip-flops in Iraq are coming into focus. There is less than five weeks left...Go W!!!

You think that's something, have a look at Kerry's negatives... 40%+, killer for a challenger.

From an earlier thread, the internal results on Gallup are devastating for the Kerry candidacy.

Well just wait until the debates! That should just about do it for him.
90 minutes of Kerry in one session...Yikes!

Two words: Voter Fraud. We've GOT to win by more than the fraud component.

Anybody notice Kerry's face tonight on Fox? Preternaturally red--as if he's had something done to his face to prepare for the cameras, laser treatments or something similar. Carl Cameron reported Kerry claims he's been under some tanning lights. But it looks more like some cosmetic work was done. If he looks like this Thursday, he loses the debate before he speaks a word.

You are exactly right. Voter fraud is the biggest worry we have. In an honest election, Kerry loses. But the sheer numbers of fraudulent voters may be enough to give Kerry swing states and the presidency. Do not expect the local prosecutors to lift a finger to expose or fight the fraud either.

First of all, polls before the first debate are viturally useless.

Secondly, I believe the President will win an honest election BUT I'm really concerned about the Dims voter registration fraud. These scum bags will stop at nothing.

Like these numbers? Try thinking about this. Neither poll tells us anything about how Blacks intend to vote. Why? Because these are "bells and whistles" numbers that when they do get out will curl the evil donkey's hoofs.
My sense of it is that in the end W may do 15% of Blacks. Bad enough, but worse because it will come from a smaller universe. I think fewer Blacks will vote and of those, few will vote for frenchie. The numbers are here already. No published poll in two months has shown frenchie getting more than 80%. Some polls show Bush getting 20% in Ga and NJ 21% in Maryland and 30% in Oregon.

... the internal results on Gallup are devastating for the Kerry candidacy.

Hence the emphasis on voter registration (fair or foul) in the swing states.

Don't expect Jimmy Carter to take any interest in the Philadelphia cemetary vote.
