CAMP RUN A MUCK THANKS GREAT BRITAIN!!! Camp Run-A-Muck Originator - Tomkow6
|
|
The United Kingdom, consisting of Great Britain (England, Wales, and Scotland) and Northern Ireland, is twice the size of New York State. England, in the southeast part of the British Isles, is separated from Scotland on the north by the granite Cheviot Hills; from them the Pennine chain of uplands extends south through the center of England, reaching its highest point in the Lake District in the northwest. To the west along the border of Walesa land of steep hills and valleysare the Cambrian Mountains, while the Cotswolds, a range of hills in Gloucestershire, extend into the surrounding shires. |
|
About 31,000 British troops have already been sent to the Gulf. These include 26,000 soldiers, drawn from 1 UK Armoured Division, 7 Armoured Brigade (The Desert Rats), 16 Air Assault Brigade, and 102 Logistics Brigade. About 4,000 marines are being sent, from 40 and 42 Commando of 3 Commando Brigade. Prime Minister Tony Blair told MPs on Monday there was no way the US and Britain would back down over Iraq disarming - despite opposition at home and abroad. He said he was prepared to gamble his career on the issue, saying he did not want to be remembered as someone who "did nothing" about terrorism and weapons of mass destruction. Thank you Tony Blair!!

Start saving the URLs of the ones you see posted (from Fotki) and I'll start working on moving others from Fawnn.com to there as well. No promises on how quickly I'll get that done though. ;)
I'll FReepmail Kathy about a possible Plan B.

Yeah!
Notice that he fired as many rounds as he dared, kept one round for last, and then called the cops.
That was neat.

It was neat. I was wondering if I'd have the chutzpah to do that. Most people keep pulling the trigger till it's empty.

I'd give it a good go myself.
I'm a short skinny guy, a bear coming at me would induce me to empty the gun honestly.

Bear warning In light of the rising frequency of serious incidents between humans and black bears, the Alaskan Department of Fish and Game is advising hikers, hunters, and fishermen to take extra precautions and keep alert for black bears while in the field.
We advise that outdoorsmen wear noisy little bells on their clothing as a warning, so as not to startle bears that aren't expecting them. We also advise outdoorsmen to carry pepper spray with them in case of a close encounter with a bear. Additionally, it is a good idea to watch out for fresh signs of bear activity. Outdoorsmen should also be able to recognize the difference between the black bear and its more ferocious cousin, the grizzly bear:
While the tracks for the two species of bear are quite similar, the black bear dung is smaller and contains lots of berries and squirrel fur. On the other hand, the grizzly bear dung has little bells in it and smells like pepper.
