At least Drinan is no longer voting in Congress on issues such as homosexuality and abortion...

Thanks for posting this. I was unaware of this, but I protested when Mitchell was there last year, and I'll be there again to protest when this CINO shows up and I'll try to get a few friends to come with me.

True. He's still teaching and Georgetown and working behind the scenes for the Kerry campaign, unfortunately:

Seton Hall, Villanova, and St. John's

What about Marquette, Boston U., Georgetown & ND. Or are they already too far gone?

Regarding so called Catholic politicians, like Kerry, and the issue of communion, "The mood now is to shut up about it," said Father Drinan, who teaches at Georgetown University Law Center. Despicable.

Wow, this goes hand-in-hand with pro-abortion Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan getting an award from Loyola University in Chicago.

Where is Cardinal George on this???

Cardinal George is where he's always been--

If I had the ability to excommunicate one Catholic, it would be Father Death. This heretic has no business receiving Communion, much less giving it.

Boston C. is the apostate Catholic university. Boston U. is the apostate Methodist university. You can keep them straight because apostate Catholic universities all have very good basketball teams, for some reason.

As in "You're wrong, You're Wrong, You're Wrong, and You're Wrong, the Correct Answer Is..." McLaughlin? HE'S A JESUIT? ROTFL! They may breed a lot of screwball liberals, but when the Jebbies make a conservative, what a job they do!

He wasn't defrocked that I know of, but they made him quit Congress. I wish they'd defrock him.

He has been given what I refer to as a "soft defrocking."

The Church knows that actually stripping a priest of his faculties (i.e. traditional defrocking) will make all the newspapers as a great story about the Big Bad Catholic Church persecuting a poor little dissenter just for "thinking for himself."

So, with a Drinan or a Greeley, they simply do not allow them into parish ministry or any position of authority in the Church.

They are effectively detached from the life of the Church without winning the propaganda victory they are begging for.

This Drinan scum prays every day to whatever demon he worships that the Church will throw a weak, sickly old man out of the Church just for "speaking the truth."

He wants attention.

Yes, even Mr. McLaughlin.

Technically, if someone is in dire need and no other priest is available, Mr. McLaughlin can hear his confession, communicate him, give him last rites, etc.

Once ordained, a person can never be unordained - they can only be deprived of the privilege of licitly performing the sacraments.

Sending my check in to National Right To Life today.
What a terrible war these babies are fighting.
God keep them at peace.
