And you would be guessing wrong...I fully believe the WarOnSomeDrugs is an unwinnable war and simply an excuse to give the all-powerful Federal Leviathan even more powers it needn't have. If we really want to win the WarOnSomeDrugs, we need to approach it from the Demand side and increase dependence upon Random Drug Testing. This would be mandatory for all federal employees and federal aid recipients, and then be left up to the discretion of employers. In any event, marijuana should be decriminalized at the Federal level and be left entirely to the State's discretion.
