I did these calculations manually so there might be some mistakes.
I know this...Complacency loses elections...Get out the vote and be sure you are registered to vote.
Remember the DUI story came out and probably hurt...but still, don't get comfortable.
It wasn't the DUI; it was the early call in Florida!
By suppressing voter turnout in the panhandle of Florida AND the West/SouthWest, this early call cost the President both the popular vote and an easy win in the electoral college!!
**The early call in Florida so skewed final vote tallies (EC and popular) that it's REALLY difficult to determine which pollsters in 2000 were accurate and which were not!!!**
