It's just on overseas ballots.
"As a result, she said, Florida's Department of State had filed an appeal against the temporary injunction. The appeal application automatically lifts the injunction, allowing the counties to put Nader's name on overseas absentee ballots, which must be mailed by Saturday. "

That's right, they're pro-choice until it actually comes down to an issue of choice, then they don't want anyone to have any.

This is very troubling. What's the point of buying the Florida State Supreme Court if they won't stay bought. They made stuff up in 1999 and earned their bribes, even though honest judges overturned them. If they are not going to keep Nader from the ballot, why are the unions paying them?

Go Ralph go!
To: IpaqMan
WOO HOO. Ralph will work his magic in 2004 just like he did in 2000. I noticed the fla. dem party chair expressed shock,... shock about this. Dems are already conjuring up feigned outrage about the bush henchmen conspiracy plots. Sidney Blumenthal and Paul Krugman must be untangling this as we speak.

The Florida Democratic Party reacted with outrage, calling the move "blatant partisan maneuvering" by Gov. Jeb Bush, the president's younger brother, and vowed to fight it. Once again the RATs demonstrate their distain for the voting process.
Go Ralph Go.

I don't agree with filing a law suit to keep a guy from running for office.
The Dems are pathetic. I don't think Nader should be anywhere near govt. But still. Let him lose by votes.
To: IpaqMan
The 'Rats next move will be threatening Nader voters to try to intimidate them into voting for Kerry in a move that may very well backfire.
