How do you feel about the 10-year-ban on assault weapons expiring today?

Another poll to Freep, from a leftie news site here in Austin (Tx). I posted a similar poll last week from the same source and one of the screechy libs who posted a comment thought the poll had been hi-jacked and wanted News8 to pull it! It was Freeped quite nicely! You can also submit a comment if you wish!

i chose i think its fine. personally, i dont really care that much about assault weapons :P but i do not want bill klintoon taking the right away to own one.
whatever he thinks is a good idea is probably a terrible idea

A poll like this from the Monterey CA paper was FReeped this weekend. They were going to write an article about it in today's paper but it was so lopsided by the time we were done that it has completely disappeared.

I've actually seen the Atlanta Urinal Constipation pull an online poll (no voting, no displayed results) when it didn't turn out the way they had hoped. They shut down voting for days in fact (this was in the editorial cartoons subsection) yet did not make changes at that time.
I also watched them wipe the poll results and "start fresh" when they didn't turn out "right". They never did this when Rats tilted their polls 10,000 to 5.
I've also seen a liberal blogger who tried to proclaim that his site was no mere blog ADD votes to the liberal position on the poll when it didn't go his way (he said that he did this to offset the FReep).
