It's ectoplasm, no doubt. Call in the Ghostbusters! They've been slimed.
Could just be that a pair of co-workers got really freaky and out-of-hand over the weekend. Either that, or Robert Chamberlain finally made bail.
It' JerryCurl - Call in Rick James!
This used to happen regularly at one place I worked. A joker would put vasoline on the earpiece of the phone if you ticked him off. Truly icky.
You know you can make a ricin gel...ricin is so easy to make it isn't funny...probably nothing.
Hair Gel?
LUB DUB

btt
Sounds like someone jacked into a A/C vent from the outside of the building
I wonder if the selection of the 3rd floor vent means something or was a random selection.
LOL!
A clean freak putting Purel all over stuff?!

Door's open. | |
Policeman | Oh. Yes. (he enters) All right. All right, all right, all right. My name's Police Constable Henry Thatcher, and this is a raid. I have reason to believe that there are certain substances on the premises. |
Young Man | Well what sort of substances, officer? |
Policeman | Er... certain substances. |
Young Man | Well, what sort of certain substances? |
Policeman | Er, certain substances of an illicit nature. |
Young Man | Er, could you be more specific? |
Policeman | I beg your pardon? |
Young Man | Could you be 'clearer'. |
Policeman | Oh, oh ... yes, er ... certain substances on the premises. To be removed for clinical tests. |
Young Man | Have you got anything patiticular in mind? |
Policeman | Well what have you got? |
Young Man | Nothing, officer. |
Policeman | You are Sandy Camp the actor? |
Young Man | Yes. |
Policeman | I must warn you, sir, that outside I have police dog Josephine, who is not only armed, and trained to sniff out certain substances, but is also a junkie. |
Young Man | What are you after ... ? |
Policeman | (pulling a brown paper package from out of his pocket, very badly and obviously) Oo! Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh! Here is a brown paper bag I have found on the premises. I must confiscate this, sir, and take it with me for clinical examination. |
Young Man | Wait a minute. You just got that out of your pocket. |
Policeman | What? |
Young Man | (takes it) Well what's in it anyway? (opens it) Sandwiches. |
Policeman | Sandwiches? Blimey. Whatever did I give the wife? |
Please don't go there. I once had to work with such a freak, Purel bottle and all.

From WBNS 10 TV:
Hazmat Situation at Cardinal Health
Officials are dealing with a serious hazardous materials situation on the Cardinal Health campus off the north outer belt.
Two Cardinal Health employees drove themselves to the hospital complaining of a rash on their arms. Their current condition is unknown.
Twelve others are being held for observation, but they are not complaining of any symptoms.
The third floor of Cardinal Health was evacuated after a clear gel-like substance was found on phones and chairs.
Investigators are still trying to determine what that substance is.
Leslie Dybie of the Washington Township Fire Department says, "We don't know if they started to work and then felt the symptoms. It makes me think that they wouldn't start to work if they knew something was there, so we are assuming that they did not know that it was there."
Officials say that no employees beyond the third floor were in danger of being affected by the chemical.
The air vents were shut down, but the chemical is not thought to be airborne.
Thats right...sauce for Chinese food.
