Terrorists who siezed a school in North Ossetia Belsan, September 1 were recieving orders from abroad throughout the three suspense laden days, says Aslanbek Aslakhanov, President Vladimir Putin's adviser for North Caucasian affairs.
'The men had their conversations not within Russia but from other countries. They were led on a leash. Our self styled 'friends' having been working for several decades, I deem, to dismember Russia. They are doing a huge, really titanic job.' (here in Russia)
'It's as clear as daylight that those people are coming up as puppeteers and are financing terror,' he said to the Rossia television company, National Russian Channel 2 tonight.
Though the bandits named certain people they wanted to see as negotiators, and Mr. Aslakhanov was among them, he is sure that the terrorist gang did not mean to talk to whoever they contacted.
Aslanbek Aslakhanov, a Chechen, was on the site throught the tradegy and contacted the gang on the telephone.
'When I spoke Russian with them, I could not make out a word. Speak Russian!' they told me.
'Well, I did as they wished, though I speak Russian with a Caucasian accent, he said in his TV interview.

"IVAN is like a bear."
You may be right. Think of Napoleon and Hitler. They can be a formidable people. I hope this proves true in this changed context.
Iran,Afgan,Paka,Iraq
keep in mind that the Russian guv knock off live coverage of the crisis and tried to hide what was happening. Free press is almost dead again. I have a feeling that there may be more to come out regarding the negotiations.
I think I understand now why the Russians didn't tell us about the live prisoners.
They are pumping them for information and they want their bosses to think they are all dead.
Gives them an opportunity to get the information and perhaps get to the masterminds behind this heinous atrocity.
No, no, no. That's "fat broad" not abroad!! LOL
That would be those regions now being outlined on ordnance maps.
Aslakhanov, it seems was, ah, slacking off as a negotiator......
And how many years before "abroad" will refer to propaganda aimed at Russia taking a Mediterranean port?
Put him in stocks perhaps?
And they don't have to worry about the Abu Graib(?) publicity....
HEY! That's not very PC (politically correct) of you!
It could also be a guy how had a dykophophmee operation.
(pronounced dik-awf'-uv-mee).
FYI: addadycktomy (add-uh-dik-tuh-mee) is the operation for a woman.
Check out the www.themoscowtimes.com lead story. They report that negotiations during the fight were made, but armed locals kept shooting.
I know! I know! I know!

the coward would end up eating it. NO FOOD, NO WATER. Add heat to the box so he cooks in his own feces.
hey, thats just me.
I agree our troops are better than the remains of the Red Army. But, Putin won't be restrained by the RATS or EU to play nice with the Islamofascists. The very last thing al Quaeda should have done was poke the Bear.
They're not the Soviet Union anymore, but they're still the second most powerful country in the world, and they still have tons of nukes. Chechnya and Iran could both be parking lots in 20 minutes if the Russians wanted to.
Iran could be a candidate for dismemberment if it comes to it. If the mullahs can't be overthrown any other way, we can start working toward Azeri union with the motherland, Baluchi independence, Arab independence, Kurdish independence, which would leave the Persians with about a fourth of what they have now.
Two can play this game.
Our troops are without a doubt some of the finest in the world. But watch out for the Russians who have suffered far too many tragedies from terrorists without effective responses.
