LOL!! Over the past 2 years Bush has said he simply wants to match willing employees to willing employers. Somebody needs to tell him that he is president of the US of A and that he is not getting paid to run Kelly Girls or Manpower.
He uses every play on words that he can to try to disguise his amnesty agenda.
