They're doing a funeral wake for John Kerry on MSNBC right now...
Agreed, the reference to Kerry asking Paris for permission to defend ourselves was telling. Kerry's KC story will be left for the dustbin of history, but we Freepers will remember it.
Did Joe Trippi just say the Kerry campaign was dead?<P
I was thinking Oh Jeez, not the sh^t again.
CIA had surveillance and knows he was there. Read Unfit for Command.
Just watched it, thanks for the link!
That was priceless!
Zell did misunderstand Chris's analogy to Dems saying Repubs wanted to starve kids, but Chris deserved the rest of it!
I actually believe that Dubya could get away with timing such an announcement with the GOP convention, regardless of the predictable (and really, really loud) howls that would come from the Dems and their allies in the liberal newsrooms, but I don't believe that he would.
No, Trippi said "it isn't dead... yet"
I thought he said the Kerry campaign came back from the dead in Iowa, don't count them out they can do it again.
ok... it worked, just not in Firefox - had to open it with Internet Explorer...
wee FTN-brotherhood birdy told me in my sleep that there would be numerous DNA tests, finger print tests, etc tests ... is it really him tests
no announcement until well AFTER election day to a congressional joint session with airline employees & first responders in the balconies ... I also picture Bush trying to tell some Polish jokes for some reason ... why a sitting US President would want to tell Polish Jokes during a Congressional Joint Session announcing the capture of Osama is beyond me ... perhaps there will no longer be anymore Polish Jokes after Thanksgiving ... GROM only knows .. wasn't GROM the Conan The Barbarian God???
Remember that Osama is a symbol of a larger problem. Offing Admiral Yamamoto in the Solomon Islands did not "end the war" but it was a significant morale boost
imagine the embarassment if it is an "ooops .. it is his look-alike"
They have NO idea how long this has been around.....and they have NO idea that Paris is coming.
I just figured that out tonight, when the reference to Kerry asking Paris for permission to defend ourselves came out.
Not as on top of things as you are, but I'm a quick study!
Doesn't matter if he gets him tomorrow .. next week or a week before the election
They headlines would still read .. "We Got Him"
And if that Happened??? .. It's 50 States on our side
I know, when Clinton was first innaugurated several fighter jets flew over the capitol and he said "what are those jets doing here" and someone reminded him Bush was no longer President and he said "Oh yeah, they're OUR jets now." I have to respect that kind of guts. I doubt I could cross parties the other way (not that a Republican would likely ever have to, or want to...)..
"A small group of AIDS activists managed to penetrate the Garden itself during the morning, before the convention session had begun for the day. They blew whistles and chanted, "Bush kills," at a morning session of GOP youth before being hustled from the floor."
Huh? Bush has spent $15 Billion of our dollars on the AIDS epidemic...how does this equate with "Bush kills"???
They've timed it perfectly, and Rove is a genius!"
Pretty much!
5 Legislative Days Left Until The AWB Expires
Isn't the report on Iraqi WMDS still scheduled for SEPT/OCT instead of AFTER the election? It seems to me that would be scheduled for after NOV if it were "bad news" or no news at all.
But that meeting will not have any traction unless a transcript or tape, courtesy of the F.B.I., should surface.
John / Billybob
And the transcript or tape would reveal that, before he voted against it, Kerry voted for it.
Stay safe !
You can find a bunch of stuff at this site: On The Issues - John Kerry.
Also, (I don't have the link you'll have to google it) but I'm sure if you go to Thomas - U.S. Congress on the Internet and nose around, you'll find his voting record too.
There's one other place, but I just can't find it right now -- perhaps someone else can provide it?
