Kerry on local radio at the American Legion convention in Nashville.
He starts off by buying John Glenn's support by promising him another trip into space.
Opening joke about him having a problem keeping his speech under 10 minutes falls absolutely flat.

He looks nervous, and he's playing Monday morning quarterback with Iraq.
The only thing he hasn't promised the military is a hot tub in the M1A1's in this speech.

"I would have made sure every soldier put in harm's way had state of the art body armor."
Really? Then why did you vote to not fund them, Mr. I voted for the $87 billion before I voted against it"?

Oh, terrible line. He would have let the inspectors go on with their work, even though he knows it wouldn't have worked, because it would have pleased the French (OK, that's not quite the way he put it, but that's what he meant).

Bush has no plan...for peace. Kerry wouldn't go to war without such a plan...idiot how can you know what peace will be like? You have to be flexible. Kerry is ignorant on war strategy. He can take orders, but should never give orders..total loser.

Listen to Sir Flops A Lot go on and on about what he would have provided for the troops - AFTER voting against the money to fund them.
