the people on this thread are already voting for Bush.

there is a difference between an opinion and an observation. I personally think Miller is speaking the truth, but that is my opinion. It differs from my observation that I think his delivery of the message is over the top - especially amongst people who are not as plugged into politics as we are here.

Cheney is getting zero coverage now. Zero.

Zell just showed how a good spanking can be used for successful behavior modification.

Chrissy now acting like a 2 year old who's just realized he isn't going to be disrespectful.

I do not care how Matthews spins this, it is about time someone told him to shut up. I will bet you in his day, Miller was no one to ---- with.!!

He still isn't. I know the look he had in his eyes.

Juan Williams just gave an objective review of Miller's speech.

Juan looked pale. He said the line "a senator can be wrong for 20 years and have no consequences, but a president must always be right" will have a major impact for weeks to come. Juan looked like he had witnessed a train wreck.

Thanks for that report. I don't think that Juan is a very good "unpartisan reporter", but he seems to have a good objective sense. We know he is a Demodog, and if he is pale, that means that not only we here at FR, but the rest of the country saw that Zell just destroyed a whole section of the house of cards the Demodogs have built their party on.

In similar fashion, Joe Klein on CNN was dumbfounded that Zel suggested Kerry would seek an OK from Paris. "Inaccurate!" he exclaimed.

Nora tells Chrissy that listening to Zel's and Cheney's speeches tonight showed her that "they don't want to just win the election; they want to DESTROY the other party."

OK

Didn't Zell use more of the poem than just the reporter part?
I didn't really understand why Chris was bringing this up.. I laughed out loud so many times at that interview.

I suspect you are right. But we have to fight these people and nice dont cut it.

We are frothing for red meat but are told that it is politically incorrect to eat from the plate by the dems.

And frankly I dont get why we wont stand toe to toe with them

I can't stand liberals. Was Zell's speech any more "mean-spirited" than Al Sharpton??!! Give me a break.

The substance of the conversation was that Matthews was trying to get Zell to admit that the voting record he cited was not really indicative of a weak record on defense.

The stunning thing was that Zell would NOT stand for any of Matthew's usual bullying. Every time Chrissy tried to talk over him, Zell shouted him down. Zell was armed with documents listing the votes, and read off item after item. Zell said he wished he could come over to the set and get in Matthew's face. Wished he could challenge him to a duel. disdained the bully's treatment of Michelle Malkin.

In short, Zell ripped Chrissy a new one. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen on TV.

OMG I saw it and saw him earlier b*tch slap Judy, Wolf and Jeff on CNN. His best line was to say that he had documentation to support all of Kerry's votes knowing PEOPLE LIKE YOU who follow the dem line would question me. I'm hoping his next stop is to fox.

Zell said what a lot of viewers were thinking....I have watched Chris talk over guests so much I stopped watching him. Matthews is rude to his guests & Zell called him out on it. It was fantastic

Mathews was so flummoxed he missed Zell's challenging him to a duel. Or else, Mathew's just doesn't listen to his guests. He asks and answers the questions himself. LOL
