Glad to be here, MOgirl

A senator can be wrong for 20 years without consequences to a nation, but a president always casts the deciding vote. And American needs and has a pres that can get it right.

I hit abuse too. Metaphor or not, there are 'magic words' that can (and should) bring a world of hurt to ones door.

"and I think he's going to come across just like Buchanan did in '92...

Wrong you are there, "NYC Republican". I live in "middle America" in St. Louis, in fact and Zell will go over here in our "swing state" like melted butter. There are a lot of voters here who come from democrat families, who now understand why they have become republicans. I talked to a few today.

"The first obligation of a commander in chief is to support troops in combat..."

We need a president who can get it right..."

THAT is the end - we need hear no more.

That was incredible....I am in shock. I just have to see that again if it's replayed on c-span. Anyone know if it will?

You should be able to watch a video of it tomorrow here: http://www.gopconvention.com/rewind/

He's certainly not dynamic,

I don't know what that means. His calm strength, dignity, and sense of timing are perfect.

I don't like McCain because I don't TRUST him.

McCain did, however, give a rousing speech the other night. I give him credit for that.

Maybe I'm wrong, hopefully I am... but, the destruction (of his speech) has already started,... Brokaw, McCain, Blitzer... It's going to get worse.

Frankly, I don't give a CRAP what they think.

I'm sick to death of everyone of them; they are NOT for this country.

The reason they don't like it is becasue it's the TRUTH. And that is KRYPTONITE to liberals.
