Just listening to the Bob Grant show and Carl Limbacher from Newsmax was on and he just said there is an investigation underway with the US NAVY that Kerry might have tampered with his Silver Star citation. He also said Kerry will be forced to release all records.
The FBI is checking all of the typewriter fonts used for the original citations. It's looking more and more like Kerry typed up his own award and Purple Heart citations on his own typewriter that he hauled to Viet Nam.
He's toast.

That Judicial Watch has asked for one doesn't mean one is.

The core complaint from JW to the USN regards the "V"
device. "Just a typo" will be the excuse from the Kerry
Kamp, and unfortunately the Kerry records probably do
have their normal share of real clerical errors.

In any case, even if official and/or legal actions are
underway, they will proceed on their own schedule,
having nothing to do with the election.

Judicial Watch does a remarkable job of filing massive numbers of lawsuits, none of which, from all I have seen, ever goes to trial or comes to a verdict. They're nothing but a self-promoting publlicity organization that's accomplished close to nothing.
No...But I DO think she wants to make sure Kerry loses so she does have a free shot at 2008. If she tried to "save the party" this year, she knows NYers would get in her face because of her promise to serve out her senate term. Not that something like that didn't stop Bill in Arkansas.
Yep...been hearing the Navy could (doubt however in today's climate) call Kerry bk into Navy, he then would face charges for this and be sent to military prison.

That is the first logical explanation I have heard of Kerry using a big chunk of his 90 lb allotment to carry a typewriter to Vietnam.
Release them to whom? The Board of Inquiry, or the public?
Kerry is such a sick puppy.
Maybe he got Chairman Ho to sign them for him.
