There appears to have been a major shift in the last month in the U.S. presidential campaign from KERRY-IN-THE-LEAD to BUSH-IN-THE-LEAD.
And this, before the GOP Convention has really gotten underway.
It seems that Kerry supporters and Bush haters are becoming increasingly strident, stressed, psycopathic and perhaps even violent in some cases. Have you personally noticed this in your town and community?
.....Because of TeRAYyza's very public meltdown, the SwiftBoatVets, Unfit for Command's booming national sales, devastating Swiftee TV ads in battlegrounds states, and the Kerry slip in the polls?
Consider:
--A young Bush campaign supporter was sucker-punched yesterday at a Washington State political event by a Kerry supporter--right on national TV.
--Freepers report Kerry-ite "flip- offs" in traffic(middle finger salutes), increasingly desperate and irate liberal emotions, foul language, verbal abuse when they peacefully display pro-Swift Boat vet or anti-Kerry stickers on their cars.
--The national TV reporters and commentators who side with Kerry seem almost apoplectic on TV these days, babbling, whining, salivating and doing everything short of cursing or throwing ashtrays.
On this FR thread, kindly please related your own personal experience on cases of strange behavior by libs and Kerry supporters that you come across. It would help to know the "what", "when", "where" and "why", too. Perhaps there is a national sickness developing in over in the Hate Bush camp, as they see their lead evaporate and their chances of capturing the White House fade. They seem to have only have nasty, threatening and sometimes violent means to turn to now. Would you agree?
In that case it is no wonder he split.
My friend in high school had a "Don't Drink and Drive" sticker on his bumper. Upside down.
His car was a silver '71 Chevelle, a hot rod. He used to drive around blasting Sousa marches for enjoyment. Funny guy.
Now a corporate vice president in NJ.
I cant wait for the President to win in a landslide! that oughta shutem down for a couple of years anyway. the cenvention is great! ive been watching all evening although i did miss McCains speech I have heard here it was fantastic!

More often than not: Teacher = a Liberal preacher.
Yeah, that's a classic one that I have to admit I've done.
But, for those not feeling so risky, you can also speed up a few mph and when they catch up a few seconds later, simply lighten up on the gas and slow down (not brake) a few mph and repeat over and over until they pass. A little safer and I think, in the long run, much more annoying.
The trick is not to make it too obvious until they pass you and you look and give them a BIG smile. Ohhh, they hate that.
Typical French guy, turning tail and running....
"I don't find libs generally like to hear the truth and the MO is to shut off their access to it
Too true. Believe me, in the area that I live in, I get to see the hating, intolerant left on a day to day basis. I could never do something like put a Bush sticker on my truck. In my neighbor's case, she actually likes the debate. I tell her that she secretly wants to be converted and I am half serious.
I just looked at him and replied "Socialism is for losers."
I have to give him credit: it took a lot of guts to walk up to a 6'2 man in a suit and ask such a obviously stupid question. I know I'd never do it.
I have a Bush/Chenney sticker and a sticker that says, If we send it, they will spend it. Getting out of my car at WalMart, some long haired middle aged maggot of a man came running up to me spouting off a bunch of drivel. I was barely out of my car when he swooshed up from nowhere. He was ranting and raving about what a sorry POS Bush was and why did I have that bumper sticker on my car. He was YELLING. My 24 year old son was with me... and is a BIG guy. He rounded the car in a leap and bound and started in on the maggot... "Don't you DARE talk to my mother like that." The maggot vanished as I was holding back my son. My son spend the entire "trip to Walmart" trying to find the maggot. It was just plain WEIRD.
Driving down the street, a gentleman parallel-parked on the street right in front of me pulled out right in front of me and cut me off. I honked my horn briefly and he glared at me in his rear-view mirror.
He had a Bush-Cheney sticker on his car.
I hope that he doesn't think I was honking at him because of his bumper sticker, because I wasn't! In fact, I live in Portland and I see so few Bush-Cheney stickers, after I saw his, I wanted to buy him coffee!
My favorite (as a passenger): when you pass a car with a Kerry sticker on it, make two 'V for Victory' signs (or peace signs as they are known by the nouveau); the other driver will notice you doing this and smile - until you move your hands together to form a 'W' ;)
LOL! True, they might be "a tad" sensitive!
I've always thought a bumper sticker that says "If you're close enough to read this, you're in range" might be good for a laugh or two (before they haul me off...)
KEEP AMERICA SAFE FOR TERRORISTS
KERRY-EDWARDS 04
Had a few flip offs but no trouble
I had my two small children (3&4) in the car or else I would have been far more agressive (she would have been in the ditch). I did call the police but in Maine (where I am anyway)it takes them awhile. They did come to the house after and I filed a report but because they didn't see it happen they couldn't do anything (typical). My husband now makes me take our two dogs English Mastiffs with me when I go out. They are enough to scare the s**t out of anyone.
The problem is---and both my wife and son noticed this---stickers that say "Mission NOT Accomplished" or "BUSH LIED" usually have color coding, and, iroonically, the "not" and "lied" don't stand out, so unless you look closely, they look like BUSH stickers!! I think they are stupid.
