Hannity & Colmes: Bob Dornan shows US flag that Kerry's group burned while they flew 300 VC flags
self | Aug 27, 2004

Posted on 08/27/2004 6:22:46 PM PDT by Cableguy

Bob Dornan (R) and Pat Kadell (D) were just on Fox's Hannity & Colmes debating Kerry's predicament. Bob Dornan went on a savage attack, showing burned US flag and VC/Communist flags that were burned by Kerry's anti-war group in 1971. Dornan also wanted Fox to have anti-Kerry widows from the Vietnam war. Kadell was actually rational and his analysis I thought were excellent and on point. Kadell bascially said that Kerry/Democrats made a mistake making Kerry's Vietnam service the cornerstone of his campaign instead of talking about the issues.

Dornan says he followed and filmed Kerry for 8 hours that day.

So where is that tape?

They burned American flags AND urinated on them. Dornan said they had 300 VC flags there and that he had been waiting for all those years, months and days to show those flags on the air.

Bob Dornan is a true American patriot. He lost his seat when the dims pulled wholesale election fraud, to install another fraud Loretta Sanchez. The voters of her district should be ashamed of themselves for letting that election be close enough for fraud to make a difference. Of course it would do no good to castigate the dims who pulled it off, for they have no shame. Here is a link describing a true American.

No. Dornan also had a burned South Vietnamese flag which he produced along with the burned American flag. He also had a North Vietnamese flag that flew at the rally near Kerry.

I've thought about the overload of Vietnam issue, and I've decided that it doesn't matter.

There are many families that have raw wounds still from Vietnam that are barely scabbed over, and the democrats run this anti-war showboat for president who wants to pretend that he was a hero in that war.

He spent his time demeaning those soldiers, their good cause of preventing a communist overthrow of Southeast Asia, and their efforts to retrieve their Pow's and find some solace for their grief. He rubbed raw pain into their wounds then, and now he wants to pretend he was some kind of war hero? Not on my watch.

It isn't an issue of whether or not soccer moms and Billy O'Reilly are "tired" of the discussion.

BTW, what was Wild Bill doing from 1965 to 1972-- the hot years of Vietnam?

Well .. the lapdog Glenn played the Clinton game in some committee by stonewalling or obstructing (there's that word again) the committee .. and low and behold Glenn was allowed to go into space .. Geeeeee .. what a payoff for carrying the Clinton water.

That was the Senate committee that was investigating Chinese money coming in for Bill Clinton....

I believe that Mr. Dornan is an honest man, too honest for washington dc and he is still angry from getting cheated on an election. If anyone should be embarressed it should be him by the republican party. i think if Dornan had led the charge against klintons impeachment he would have been thrown out of office. I further believe that his election was rigged because Bob's FBI file had nothing hitlary could blackmail him with.

Kerry's problem is two fold. First, liberals control the RAT party, and they control the elitist thinking of this country. They've taken over academia for the past thirty years, they control the MSM, and they never let truth and facts get in the way.

The second problem for Kerry is that he's spent his entire life pursuing rich women. Correction, stupid rich women. He wanted a lapdog's life, and he achieved it, but it took all his time and energy to get it. Running as a RAT for public office was easy in MA. He moved five times one year to find an open congressional seat to run for. Once he got into office, he aimed higher, finally got the senate seat...and then with TerAYsa paying his bills, realized his senate salary was chump change. Why bother to show up for his day job? So...he didn't.

Unfortunately, this means he can't run on his senate record since he was almost never there. He got his office to put out boilerplate papers on both sides of every issue so if you were a constituent and wrote complaining letters to his office, you'd get a letter back agreeing with you no matter what. Are we talking Monty Python here? You bet your booty. The only 'honorable' leg he could stand on was his Vietnam service, and none of the RATs were smart enough to look at that very closely until now. If you can put aside the human tragedy he's caused, this is hilarious and richly deserved. His many dorky photo ops, botox, face lifts, TerAYsa's idiocies, the insanely expensive toys, the airplane painted to look like Air Force One, all icing on the cake. Thank you, Swift Boat Vets, for hanging in there, for your bravery then and now, for standing tall. And thank you, Jim Robinson, for FR. Unbelievable power of the internet and intelligent thought. It's akin to the first printing press!

"Don't agree with his "we all did something we regret" during that war."

Me neither. Kadell is so wrong about that. Most of the men who served over there have NOTHING to be ashamed of and EVERYTHING to be proud of.

It sounded like guilt talking to me.

Course, Bush found a way to not even board the ship. Based on this criteria, neither are fit. But they are the only two choices we have.

I don't think that is a fair statement about President Bush!!!

No sir, we are not.

A long time ago I found out in business -- as well as in the Military Service -- that there is NO substitute for victory! None !

If you want to have a really sleepless night, try to imagine our country under the stewardship of Kerry for the next four years.

If that doows not make your eyes glaze over, I am in the wrong forum. Thank you, sir...and my kindest regards. DKP
