"...a bunch of people are having computer problems!"

Is FR slow for some, or is it an individual problem? This is the first day in a week I haven't been ready to pitch the thing out in the street so I feel your/their pain.

To: TruthNtegrity; All

hello!!!!

I'm finally back, with both computers repaired and virus free--at least for now!And boy did I miss you all--and the President too!

I'll never get thru all the threads I missed, so please update me if anything significant happened. . . .Did I hear that John Kerry actually SERVED IN VIETNAM?????

Everyone doing OK?

I am sooooooo tired of hearing about it all. I think the Pres. should come out and say that he is not going to discuss anything that happened 30+ years ago, in any way--and then he should challenge JFK to do the same thing--not say another word about it, good or bad, about the Presiden'ts service or his own. Just take those issues off the table completely and totally, and focus on the here and now. Of course that deprives Kerry of the whole focus of his campaign . . .

Just saw the news conference at the ranch this afternoon--keep an eye on Barney--he's "relieving himself" in the background!!!!!! LOL!!

Thanks for this thread.

Another Democrat has come over to our side! This one from Ohio!

Democratic Mayor of Youngstown, OH Endorses President Bush

There's a major political announcement coming out of Ohio at this hour: Mayor George M. McKelvey of Youngstown, a Democrat, is endorsing President Bush. McKelvey comes from an area that understands the need to continue President Bush's pro-growth policies to create jobs -- in sharp contrast to John Kerry's record of raising taxes on the middle class. Here's a report from the AP:

The mayor of this Democratic stronghold known for its steel industry job losses is endorsing President Bush for his Republican re-election campaign, Bush's campaign said Monday.
Democratic mayors of the biggest cities in the battleground state are one of Democratic candidate John Kerry's main supports in Ohio. Republicans control the Legislature and all statewide elected offices.

Mayor George M. McKelvey, in his second term, planned to pledge his support for Bush at a news conference scheduled for Monday afternoon, Bush campaign spokesman Kevin Madden said.

``He believes the president is providing the leadership the country needs with regard to growing the economy and making the country safer,'' Madden said.
